Entretien du logement laissant à désirer et ce n’est pas peu dire . Région magnifique

Nous avons été très désagréablement surpris par le manque d’entretien et de propreté de ce logement. L’arrivée a été compliquée nous n’avions pas le bon code clés . Problèmes réception TV . Pas de Wifi. Le logement n’est pas propre.portes micro ondes hotte . Pas d’abattant WC . Il est très mal insonorisé et le plancher ainsi que celui des voisins grincent de partout.pas la moindre étagère ni petit meuble de salle de bains . Quant à l’accès au local commun aucune clé . Nous avons du déranger un autre locataire qui lui avait une clé.Les extérieurs sont aussi mal entretenus. Heureusement que les randonnées sont magnifiques. Nous n’y reviendrons certainement pas .

Mon séjour

La maison est très bien située dans un endroit très calme, le dépaysement est total ! La maison est un peu vieillotte et mériterait un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble c'était correct. Par contre, l'hygiène laissait franchement à désirer (légumes moisis dans les casseroles par exemple ou encore sol franchement dégueu : nous avons retrouvé du pipi par terre sous les toilettes) !!! C'est très regrettable, surtout en ces temps de Covid ! L'aspirateur était cassé... Le lave linge est un gros plus mais un étendage supplémentaire serait le bienvenu car nous étions une famille de 3 et c'était juste donc je n'imagine pas si nous avions été 4. Je regrette le fait qu'il n'y avait personne à qui se référer en cas de problème fuite d'eau par exemple où nous aurions bien été embêter pour faire constater les dégâts et faire intervenir un plombier…

Le logement a faillit être génial!!!

Ce que nous avons aimé: -la situation géographique et la tranquillité des lieux -logement spacieux et agréable Ce qui nous a déplu: -la propreté très moyenne de l'ensemble (pas très sympa de la part des précédents occupants) -l'absence totale d'équipement pour étendre le linge à l'extérieure, surtout qu'à l’intérieur ça sèche très mal -le matelas du grand lit qui est en fin de vie, a déconseiller aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de dos. Avec mon épouse nous sommes quitte pour une séance d’ostéopathie. -une installation électrique qui laisse certains doutes quand a ça conformité. Surtout un raccordement via un domino non protégé juste au dessus de l'évier à 20cm du bec de robinet," risque d'électrocution majeur". Tous ces points négatifs sont fort regrettables et révèlent un manque certain de vigilance de la part des propriétaires. DOMMAGE !!!!

Espace généreux pour cet appartement bruyant

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description de l'annonce, meublé avec goût, cuisine agréable et fonctionnelle. Les conseils indiqués étaient justes et nécessaires. Le ménage est effectué par chaque occupant, avec le matériel mis à disposition, il était correct à notre arrivée. La chambre à coucher est située juste sous la pièce de vie de l'appartement du dessus, malheureusement l'insonorisation est exécrable, d'autant que nous avons séjourné fin décembre et qu'une dizaine de braillards imbibés avait décidé de fêter le réveillon du 31 jusqu'à 3h du matin. Nous avons déménagé les couchages dans le salon sans que nos jeunes enfants ne trouvent le sommeil avant la fin de l'orgie. Dommage, c'était presque un sans faute que nous aurions pu recommander. Attention donc aux voisins du dessus.

Très belle surprise

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement était très bien , spacieux, jolie petite terrasse et vu sur les montagnes depuis la chambre (très agréable au réveil) . L'appartement était propre , bien équipé, il n'y avait plus qu'a poser ses affaires. Je le recommande...Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour de qualité dans un appartement de chalet

Appartement idéalement situé, trés proche des commodités.Confortable et bien équipé.Vue magnifique depuis le salon, la cuisine et la chambre.Ski familial, ballades,repos, un endroit idéal pour une grande famille. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine accompagné par notre chienne . Je recommande vivement cette location.
