Staff is unprofessional they do not listen to your needs. I checked out and within minutes the hotel booked me for another day without my authorization when I called the front desk, he accused me of coming back and booking for another day which was true. Then five minutes after that I was charged $100 for damage linens no proof was ever sent to me.

I booked this hotel off the recommendation of a friend. The area is very close to shops and the airport. The room was subpar. If you can choose somewhere else believe me do so. You will remember this review and say he warned me. Found condom rapper in room. 2 towels for a 5 person stay. Strong curry smell through out the hotel. The topping on the cake was the $100 charge they added to my credit card. When I called the customer service number to inquire about the charge. The rep said the hotel told her it was for 2 pillows that were stolen from the room. The cleanliness of the hotel and condition of it would further let you know that this place is a scamming dump and no one would ever want to steal those pillows. Save yourself the trouble. Already made the claim with American Express. This is an extension to Wyndham hotels which is very sad. I will be sure to stay away from that name brand in the future. You guys have been warned. Please like or upvote if you have had a similar experience here

Bathroom has an extremely hazardous leak when showering. Front staff is not friendly at all. Kids play all night in the hallway. Pool was not safe there’s rooms that have huge balcony like doors that connect to the pool which makes a parent like myself super uncomfortable!
