stayed june ,only british people in hotel ,food was good plenty of choice ,but definitely spanish orientated entertainment was in spanish for the spanish ,pool was ok but table around pool could have been wiped more often , room clean and towels changed daily, staff not very friendly and spoke to each other across dining room which obviously we didny understand but good location and would stay again
Came back last month with the boys It's rite next to the old town which was nice.. but if u wanted time get in the mix it's about a 20 minutes walk to the bars..... 5 euros in a taxi.. the rooms were clean and tidy.
This hotel caters for the Spanish, for evening meals you have to show a slip of paper to prove you have half board, this is not the case for the Spanish guests as they just walk in and greeted with a smile but I was asked to go back up to my room to get my slip even though they had seen me for 5 night prior to this. The pool is filthy and kids had even written there names in the scum on tiles in pool. Evening entertainment is for the Spanish guests and same thing every night. Staff on reception are not that clued up or efficient and don't smile much and even though they don't really speak English a friendly face and smile don't go a miss. The old man who works in the restaurant needs to learn social skills as he doesn't welcome you in or smile but this maybe because I'm not Spanish. Must say the beds are so comfortable and had a great nights sleep.
This 60's built hotel has been modernised since i stayed here before in 2006, the rooms are large an bright and have a balcony, the bathrooms are modern although a little cramped owing to the hand wash basin being quite large, other than that the room could not be faulted they were cleaned every day and you could also have fresh towels every day if you left them in the bath. The hotel has a pool area to the side of the hotel, which is also open to the public, it was early in the season so was fairly quiet, there is a bar where you can purchase drinks. Breakfast was included with the room which was the usual selection you would expect with buffet style continental and various hot options too,and was a good quality selection. the hotel does offer Half and full board, but we did not take up this option.
Been there a few times with my family over the years. Very clean, food okay. Pool area and lounge area very nice. Family hotel during the week but allow groups of male and females in at the weekend which can be rowdy
Booked a last minute break for 5 days and came to this hotel ,really pleased with hotel and location situated near everything but out of the hustle and bustle of benidorm ,I booked on a room only basis which suited us great , hotel was clean and friendly and nice and quiet at night so we got sleeping they also upgraded our room so we had a great view of the town as a base this hotel is perfect it does seem to be more spanish clientele but hey we are in Spain definitely will book again as this wee gem had everything we wanted
Clean, friendly, comfortable and a great location to boot. The Bristol Park hotel was perfect for our 4 night break. Close to the old town, short walk to both beaches and not too far away from the bars and nightclubs. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.
We 6 ladies of a certain age have just returned from a 4 night break at this hotel. This was ideally situated on the edge of the Old Town and easy walk to all the nightlife whether you want tapas bars, clubs beautiful clothes shops at reasonable prices. Ladies you will need extra luggage allowance. It is a Spanish hotel and we found the staff friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms but it is only 3 stars. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast is only 5 euros and the usual hot and cold food. I would recommend this hotel.
We checked in to hotel on Easter Friday due to the apartment we rented in albir not coming up to standards we were desperate for somewhere clean to stay. Upon check in the women at reception was very friendly and helpful gave us the best rates she could. Room is very basic but clean not the best view from back of hotel but better than what we had previously as it's Easter all the local where on holiday. We were there only English in the hotel not very many staff spoke English found the locals to be very ignorant and some of the staff. Breakfast and dinner is miserable I have toast and coffee for breakfast and my partner has the rubbery eggs and toast. dinner isn't much better with turkey chops. It great location for shops and restaurants if your happy to eat out and go to the beach threw the day this hotel is great.
Lovely hotel situated perfectly for all our needs close to beach shops and old town.the staff were warm and welcoming . Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Loved the outside area pool and garden. Very Spanish which I appreciated it's what made it perfect. The only downside was our view was a brick wall but we did book late and their was a notice saying you could upgrade would return
