¡Hola! Somos CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, especializados en alojamientos vacacionales desde 2005.



Descubre Villa Esmeralda, un alojamiento recién reformado situado en la tranquila zona de Las Chícharas, en Alhaurín el Grande. Aquí encontrarás el equilibrio perfecto entre la vida rural y la cercanía a la ciudad, ya que está a solo 10 minutos del centro y a 25 minutos del aeropuerto y Málaga.



La villa, diseñada para 6 personas, cuenta con un amplio jardín de 1300 metros dividido en bancadas que ofrecen diferentes ambientes para disfrutar. Los niños pueden jugar libremente en una zona llana y sin árboles, mientras los adultos se relajan en la terraza con vistas espectaculares al Valle del Guadalhorce y la Axarquía. Tome nota que esta propiedad no admite más de un bebé por reserva (0-2 años)



La zona chill out sólo estará disponible desde el 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre; en temporada media y baja se habilitará otro mobiliario de exterior.



La piscina privada, con forma arriñonada, está equipada con sombrillas y tumbonas para disfrutar del sol con total comodidad y seguridad, ya que está completamente cercada para proteger a los más pequeños.



El interior de la casa ofrece un salón comedor con chimenea, acceso directo al balcón-terraza y una cocina independiente totalmente equipada con menaje y pequeños electrodomésticos para facilitar tu estancia.



La villa dispone de tres habitaciones:

Habitación principal con cama de matrimonio y baño privado con bañera.

Segunda habitación con cama de matrimonio.

Tercera habitación con dos camas individuales.



Además, cuenta con un aseo interior con ducha y otro aseo exterior con ducha junto a la piscina. Toda la casa está climatizada con aire acondicionado para tu confort durante todo el año.



La conexión WIFI de fibra óptica y una Smart TV te permitirán estar conectado y disfrutar de tus aplicaciones favoritas durante tu estancia.



No se admiten animales para mantener la tranquilidad y limpieza del alojamiento.

Villa has beautiful pool and surrounding gardens, loads of internal space, but you must hire a car as there is nothing in walking distance and villa is situated at top of a steep hill with an old single lane road with no walking path and everything must be reached by taxi or car, the villa could be doing with a few baking trays only a grill pan for use, Andres the property manager is first class and very helpful if you require anything, this is my sixth villa visit and probably best one outside but a little lower down the rating for inside the villa, could be doing with new mattresses and more kitchen essentials, overall still an nice villa to visit

Wonderful villa and host

We had a fantastic stay at villa Esmeralda. The house was very clean and well maintained and has a nice pool, beautiful garden and a wonderful view. We enjoyed it very very much. And last but not least: a great host !! So if you want to stay in the neighbourhood of Malaga, do not hesitate but go for villa Esmeralda. You won't regret it!!

Excellent holiday stay. Andres met us at the villa and explained everything to us really well. He was always contactable for any questions during our stay. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The private pool was lovely and also well kept. The pool is gated so very safe for little ones. The gardens are beautiful as are the views. I would suggest a car for your stay as the villa is a short distance away from the main town Alhaurín el Grande. The town is great with plenty of choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Apparently walkable but we didn’t try as we had a two year old with us. I would definitely recommend and we will certainly book again in the future.

Fantastic villa

Everything from start to finish was superb. Andres, the owner, was easy to speak to, organised, and accomodating. We found the area to be peaceful with lovely views and close enough to the airport to make driving easy. There was a good selection of local restuarants and bars, without it being too busy and they were a good price. The Villa was really nice. The outside area, pool and gardens were really well maintained and kept very clean. Our family loved spending all day in the pool, and the air conditioning in the villa was a nice break for our baby every so often. The villa had everything you could hope for and we intend on returnig for sure. Thanks, Andrew

Awesome!

I can only rave about this property, it's location, the town of Alhaurin del Grande and the host Andres. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed with a perfect size pool and a great yard for the kids to play in. The location is perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of Malaga in a quiet neighborhood and equidistantly located between Granada, Cordoba and Seville. The restaurants in town are a nice leisurely walk from the house. Andres the host is a delight to deal with. He is a great guy, extremely helpful and very responsive. Thank you Andres for renting your beautiful house to us and making our visit a memorable one. I would highly recommend Villa Esmeralda to anyone.

Traumvilla

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Es fehlte an Nichts. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Garten gibt es die Möglichkeit Badminton oder Fussball zu spielen. Bei Fragen ist Andrès sehr gut zu erreichen (WhatsApp/Handy). Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine hat er sofort ausgetauscht. Der CheckIn, sowie Checkout verlief ohne Probleme. Nicht weit von der Villa entfernt, haben wir den BioParc, die Seilbahn in Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Malaga und Marbella besucht. Alle Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Die Villa können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke Andrès.

Great Villa and Beautiful area

Fabulous Villa both inside and outside. Very clean and the outdoor seating area on the veranda was fabulous. Barbeque area was covered but could be retracted if sun was not too hot which gave great flexibility to dine outside no matter time of day or evening. Andres was very welcoming and communicated routinely via whatsapp during the week. Location and views are stunting and still only 25-30 minutes drive to the main resorts of Malaga/Torremillos etc. Pool was perfect as the 1.5 meter max depth allowed safe swimming area for our son and was relaxing for us to have that freedom. Highly recommend this villa.

Traumhafte Umgebung für Erholung pur.

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in einem Villenbezirk von Alhaurin. Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür, großer Garten und Pool zum spielen. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Hier kann man sich gut erholen und die Natur genießen.

Beautiful villa in stunning gardens

We had a wonderful time staying here for a week in September. The villa nice, but what sets this property apart from others we have stayed in, is the garden and pool area. The gardens are huge and beautifully kept. Flower beds and even a mint plant (which helped make some mojitos for drinking round the pool). The pool has steps going in and is long enough for swimming. There is also a separate shower and toilet in a small out building next to the pool, which was ideal when we were sunbathing and going in and out the pool. Also, travelling with a toddler I am always worried about the pool area and access to stairs, but each part of the garden has gates that you can close off. The villa looks over a field area with olive trees and views to the valley and the mountains beyond. It is in a residential area all made up from large self contained villas. It is around a mile walk to the town centre which has plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. As we were travelling during Covid 19 restrictions we didn't eat out in the town, but going into shops and having a coffee in the town everyone was strictly following the regulations which was reassuring. The villa is well placed for day trips. Mijas is only 20 minutes away (well worth a trip) Malaga and Ronda are all within an hour's or so drive. I would highly recommend this Villa. The host, Andres, couldn't have been more helpful. He was very flexible with arrival and leaving time and gave us a comprehensive tour making sure we knew how to work everything. He even gives the guests access to his Netflixs account, which is always helpful when you have a child to wind down at night. Nice villa, beautiful setting, wonderful host, and stunning views.

Villa Esmerelda is an excellent villa, from the first arrival through the secure gates you are met with a beautiful home. Andres gave a guided tour in Spanish and English explaining all the fixtures and fittings. The house has 3 big bedrooms all with individual aircon units (a must in 34/36 temperatures), the lounge is very comfortable again with aircon, the kitchen is well equipped with lots of crockery and a dishwasher. The garden and terraces are stunning with 20 outdoor seats, we were challenged to sit in each one at least once. At any time of the day there is sun and shade to be found. The pool is stepped and refreshingly cool, it can be closed off with gates if desired, again in sun for most of the day. Cleaning equipment and big bags available and a washing machine. The villa is on one level but the garden is multi stepped and not for mobility challenged persons. Alhuarin el Grande is a lovely town with many restaurants and supermarkets 15/20 minutes hilly walk. La Calle Mijas is a beautiful beach with toilets and food outlets, market on Wednesdays. Tivoli World is an evening only, amusement park excellent for those up to 12 yrs, lovely atmosphere and beautiful when all the lights come on, open till 1am. I would strongly recommend this property to everyone, only 25 minutes from the airport.

Complete vakantiewoning waar je je direct thuis voelt.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf in Villa Esmeralda. We komen er zeker terug omdat: • prima locatie • huis super schoon: opgeruimd huis • koel huis • in alle ruimtes airco, rolluiken • alle ruimtes in huis goed afgewerkt • alles werkte! •geen krakkemikkige meubilair in en rond huis • fantastische zeer ruime tuin met heel veel plekjes schaduw en zon • tuin met bloemen, bomen en groot grasveld • prima zwembad met ligstoelen • functionele huisraad; geen prullaria • schone en frisruikende lakens, spreien en handdoeken • conform voorwaarden afwikkeling van huur en borg En als kers op de taart......Andrés , de huiseigenaar, hij was zeer gastvrij ,behulpzaam en niet te beroerd om vragen te beantwoorden woonde 15 min verder. Whatsapp contact met eigenaar, dit werkte voor ons prima. Hij kondigt aan wanneer hij komt en reageert direct. Dit was een prima ervaring met Home-Away, Cubo’s Holidays homes in Alhaurin el Grande en de eigenaar van Villa Esmeralda!
