Finally a property that is considerate

We loved our stay here because they provided everything, adequate dishes and pots, tea towels, beach towels, laundry soap, information , a cheese grater, a welcome bottle of wine👍 The place was spacious and close to everything. We recommend both Alghero and this vrbo without reservation.

Super apartment in best location

Large airy apartment in great location for town centre and local small quiet beaches. Gabri and Terri were so welcoming and helpful. They thought of everything, even wine and bread on arrival. We loved Alghero, its friendly and helpful people, beautiful weather and everything within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back

Excellent in every respect

The location is fabulous. Having a private drive for the car was very useful as street parking is tricky in Alghero. The apartment was very spacious with lovely high ceilings and immaculate throughout. Lovely friendly host who provided comprehensive information about the area.Would highly recommend.

Kennedy Apartment

We had a great holiday in Alghero. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better position. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Terry and Gabri were fantastic hosts. Alghero itself is a beautiful city with so much much to see and do. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fiona

Five stars

We are five members,two teenagers,Mother in law,my husband and me.Both Terry and and Gabri were kind and helpfull.The best place in the town.The neaest beach was quite little but it is easy to take a beach bus to other beaches. From/to the airport I recommend a taxi.Terry/Gabri fix it on request.

Great apartment for 6 persons

Nice big apartment, with all comforts. Especially the fact that every sleepingroom has its own bathroom with shower and its own balcony, has been highly appreciated. The location is great, central but not noisy. We enjoyed every morning the beach close by (100 meters) for a quick dive. Thank you, Gabriele, very much for the two splendid weeks in Alghero! We appreciated your hospitality and readiness to help in all questions, your valuable advices on what to do and where to go, consultations and personal participation. I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to spend a holiday in beautiful Alghero, Sardegna.

Perfect location, comfortable place

We were a group of eight: six adults and two kids of 10 and 12. Apartment has all you need: living room plus kitchen with all amenities; three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and adequate wardrobes; four balconies. Clean and sufficient linen and towels were provided. Location is great, 5-10 minutes lovely walk to the historic sea coast, 2 minutes walk to the water line; surrounded by cafes, trattorias, supermarket. Hosts were great, both before and during stay. They speak English, answered all messages on spot and provided all necessary info, plus complimentary welcome gifts. Thank you, Gabri and Terry!

The is a fantastic property which is in an excellent location to get around Alghero, booking was very easy with great communication from the host. The property was spacious, well equiped, clean and looked after. The whole area felt very safe to walk around during both the day and night. There are some amazing restaurants nearby aswell as shops including a well stocked supermarket. Terry greated us and made us feel very welcome and provided us with lots of information about the property and the area, she was very helpful and even arranged our taxi back to the airport. The down side to the property was the lack of air conditioning, the host did provide fans in everyroom but this didn’t cool the apartment enough meaning having the windows open at night which woke us early with outside noise. We would definitely recommend apartment due to the space, location and easy of booking, we would definitely book with Gabri and Terry again.

Unterkunft sehr nah an der tollen Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars sowie vielen Läden. Ein Auto braucht man zur Erkundung der Gegend und zum Besuch diverser Strände. Den privat angebotenen Parkplatz sollte man unbedingt mieten. Problemlose und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Rundherum ein toller Urlaub. Für Familie(n) mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht geeignet.

Un appartamento perfetto ad Alghero

L’appartamento è l’ideale per un piacevole soggiorno ad Alghero. È spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto comodo. La posizione è ottima: si trova a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Il posto auto privato è stato molto utile per noi. Gabri e sua mamma hanno fatto tutto il possibile per assicurarsi che le procedure di prenotazione, arrivo e partenza fossero semplici, ed entrambi sono stati estremamente gentili e accoglienti. Non esiteremmo a raccomandare questo appartamento senza alcuna riserva.

L'appartamento è molto grande, comodo e perfetto per una famiglia numerosa. E' vicino al mare e al centro. Ma soprattutto grazie ai preziosi consigli di Gabriele riguardo le spiagge e i posti da vedere, escursioni da fare, ristoranti ecc. che questa vacanza si è trasformata in una super vacanza!!! I proprietari sono veramente disponibili e gentilissimi!!! Super soddisfatti! Consigliatissimo!

Heerlijk verblijf bij top host Terry

Gewoon heerlijk genoten van het mooie ruime centraal gelegen appartement (je zit overal met je neus op, maar geen drukte). Met 4 balkons kun je altijd ergens in de zon of schaduw zitten. Beste strandje op nog geen 200 m, gezellig koffiebarretje 2 min, bakkertje ook 2 min. Fantastische service van Terry en Gabriele!

Exactly as advertised.

The location gives you easy walking access to the best parts of Alghero. The apartment contains all you need for sleeping, washing, simple meals and trips to the beach. Teri, the property manager, was easily accessible. The information package provided was very useful.

Magnifique sejour

Gabriel et sa maman sont des hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeant. L’appartement est très bien situé proche du centre, un coop à proximité 5 minutes à pied se qui est bien pratique pour faire quelques courses. Nous avons loué le parking ce qui nous a permis de mettre notre voiture sans avoir à chercher une place très pratique Quand il fait chaud de gros ventilateurs sont très utiles. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Wonderful location and lovely hosts

Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday with my wife and two teenage children. Alghero is beautiful and the apartment is really spacious and ideally located a short stroll from the old town. Also within easy reach of some stunning beaches and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the whole check in process was seamless. I thoroughly recommend this property which is perfect for 4-7 guests.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und lässt einen schnell ankommen und sich ausstrecken. Das nächste Café mit Strandblick ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, der Wagen bleibt vorm Haus stehen, frische Brötchen und Einkauf sind in Windeseile erledigt. Und jeder kann seinen eigenen Balkon zum Sitzen nutzen (auch zu zweit). Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich.

Super séjour à Alghero

Appartement très bien situé, dans une rue calme, tout près de la mer et du centre historique. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et tout le monde était bien à l'aise. Accueil super et possibilité de laisser les valises dans le hall le dernier jour. Merci pour tout, si nous revenons à Alghero, ça sera sans hésiter chez vous !

Superbe Location

Cette location à tout pour plaire ! La situation de l'appartement est parfaite ! La mer se trouve à moins de 100 m, le centre ville d'Alghéro à moins de 300 m, Pizzas à emporter à 50 m, Supérette à 100 m...etc. Les échanges par mail avec Gabriele sont parfaits, les conseils sur les activités et restaurants à faire sont Top. Dédicace spéciale à Terry pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande gentillesse. Nous avons rencontré un problème d'intendance durant notre séjour, réactivité exceptionnelle ! Dans l'heure qui a suivi, c'était solutionné !! Merci à toute la famille Macciotta de nous avoir permis de passer un magnifique séjour en Sardaigne.

Просто отлично!

Прекрасная большая квартира с тремя ванными комнатами, почти в самом центре города. Вся кухонная утварь, стиральная машина, пляж.зонты,вентиляторы,бытовая химия, посуда - есть абсолютно всё, вплоть до масла, туал.бумаги,кофе и специй! 5+! До ближайшего пляжа 5 минут ходьбы, он хорош для ныряния, мы ходили чаще на песочный знаменитый пляж Лидо, 20 минут пешком. Можно обьездить все ближайшие пляжи на автобусе, очень красивые. До аэропорта 10 км, брали такси за 27 евро на 4х. Из минусов: очень шумно за окном с 6 утра, мусоровозы, уборочные машины, мотоциклы и до глубокой ночи. И из-за бойлера невозможно всем одновременно помыться в душе, приходится друг за другом. Но нам было комфортно несмотря на это.

Bel et grand appartement bord de mer

Nous avons passés un très beau séjour dans cet appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé( 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain!)La propriétaire est très accueillante . L appartement est situé à 80 mètres d une jolie petite crique et d un bar branché parfait pour l apéro ! Il est aussi situé à 500 mètres du centre historique, très belle ville ( ballade a faire par le bord de mer ) avec magnifique coucher de soleil … Nous recommandons ce logement . ( pas de climatisation mais toutes les chambres sont équipées de super ventilateurs..)
