The Apartment is located in the Lido area of Alghero, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The neighbourhood is served by a number of restaurants, bars, car and bicycle rentals, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The beautiful picturesque historic centre can be reached via the breath taking scenic walk along the Lido, and takes approximately 20 minutes on foot. There is an extremely popular and well used cycle land running along the Lido. The apartment is served by a private access, with a large landscaped communal area. it has a secure entrance with its own intercom, and is located on the third floor, accessed by both stairs and a lift. The apartment is comprised of an entrance lobby, a large open lounge, kitchen dining area, onto which is an partially enclosed private balcony with a further dining area. The two bedrooms and bathroom are accessed via a hallway from the entrance lobby. The main bedroom is a generous size, comprising of a king sized bed, a large double wardrobe and two bedside tables with draws and bedside lamps. From this bedroom access is gained to a further balcony which is substantial in size and overlooks the landscaped communal area. This has a further dining area, ideal for al fresco eating. The second bedroom comprises bunkbeds with a double wardrobe. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower. All rooms have their own air conditioning units. For those travelling by air, the airport is reached from Alghero airport, just a 10 minute taxi drive. For those travelling by ship, Alghero can be reached from the port of Porto Torres, in approximately 30 minutes. The train station and bus stop to the airport is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
