Home from home within easy walking distance of the beach

A lovely homely property with a very friendly and welcoming host. The ground floor bedroom and shower room was great for anyone with limited mobility. The garden and pool area were great for socialising. The pool was cold as not heated and it was early in the season but I’m sure would be fine in high summer.

A Villa Alagoa é um alojamento com pontos positivos, mas houve alguns pormenores que nos desagradaram.O que nos agradou:- A localização é calma e próxima da praia e o edifício está em boas condições. - O espaço exterior e embora não esteja muito bem resguardado em relação aos vizinhos, é agradável e a piscina é boa- A cozinha, as casas de banho, roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpos e em bom estado.O que não nos agradou:- A churrasqueira exterior está a literalmente desfazer-se- Nas fotos os espaços interiores parecem maiores do que são na realidade. - A sala é um espaço completamente apinhado de sofás, poltronas, estantes, mesas que tornam a circulação difícil e nos dão a sensação de estar no meio de uma confusão. As mantas (rotas em alguns pontos) colocadas para "proteger" os sofás dos hóspedes são algo indesejável e desagradável.- Pior que estar apinhada é estar cheia de pertences pessoais da host, inclusivamente aparelhagens antigas, cds, brinquedos de praia, pranchas de bodyboard, etc, etc. Isso acontece também nos quartos, sendo que num deles até uma arca frigorífica inutilizada tem dentro.- Se as partes mais visíveis estavam limpas o mesmo não se pode dizer da sala, onde havia rolos de cotão e teias de aranha por baixo dos sofás, nos cantos, onde não era visível à primeira vista. - As portadas deixam passar imensa luz e não tem cortinas blackout, o que implica acordar antes das 7h como quarto inundado de luz.- Face a tudo isto, o preço é exagerado
