Private: lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 6.6 km, grocery 2.9 km, supermarket 3.2 km, shopping centre 6.6 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 10.9 km, bakery 3.2 km, café 2.9 km, railway station "Tunes" 2.9 km, sandy beach "Praia dos Alemães" 10.9 km.
