The property advertises themselves as a 5 star but it’s no more than a 3 star hotel. The food is average. Poor ingredients mean poor quality food. I think the chef tried his best. As soon as we got to the room the door wouldn’t open, the safe didn’t work and the balcony door wouldn’t open. Spent the afternoon fixing the room. I wanted to leave and they refused to give me a refund however they offered to change my room which I didn’t bother. I was only going to be there for three days. Then the remote for the TV stopped working. The wait staff work hard and the cleaning service try. But the quality of the hotel and room is poor. No entertain at night. Boring. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the beach and that was beautiful. Otherwise my stay was awful.

The place is perfect for families indeed, outstanding white soft sands beach with amazing sea color, great swimming pools with lot of fun for kids, food is authentic and delicious, check in was so smooth, wonderful greetings and welcoming by Mr. Mohamed Mousa..
