TURQUESA BEACH APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE BEACH

Our recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an elevator facilitating access for the elderly and children

It has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

It has two terraces, in one of them you can enjoy a nice dinner outdoors in the company of family and friends while.

The apartment is very close to the beach, just 200 meters away you will find the wonderful beach of Alcúdia considered one of the best beaches in Spain thanks to its crystal clear waters and white sand. In it you can enjoy a wide range of activities that will not leave you indifferent.

The apartment is located in a quite lively neighborhood and is very close to the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is characterized by easy parking and there is also a bus stop very close.
Right in front is the Tobogán Grill & Lounge Bar - WaterSlide, it is an ideal place for those traveling with children.

To comply with the regulations of the Balearic Government will be necessary before arrival at the apartment:

one. The payment of the Balearic tourist rate (ECOTASA) by bank transfer.

2. The sending of the identification documentation (passport or other valid document) by email to be sent to the relevant body.

Great spot near Alcudia

We had a great stay at Turquesa Beach apartment. It is a very short walk from the beach and has a number of restaurants, a bakery and general store within the same block. White Sapphire restaurant, one of Alcudia’s best, is right below. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are a good size and there are terraces at the front and back. Despite the central location, at night the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Juana and Antonia made the check-in process very straightforward - we would definitely stay here again.

Sauber, toller Ort, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Der Strand ist toll für Familien, die Altstadt von Alcudia auch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war super easy und top. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist aber lange nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant das lange geöffnet hat. Zudem führt eine stark befahrene Straße am Objekt vorbei, was etwas laut ist, aber trotzdem von der Versorgung top. Der gezeigte Park/Hinterhof ist nicht schön, letztlich ist es eine Wohnung in einem von vielen Blöcken. Die Küche ist sehr klein.

Great apartment in Port d'Alcudia

Spent two great weeks in Juana's apartment in Port d'Alcudia. Very happy with our stay. The apartment was great, situated a short walk from both the beach and the city centre. Juana was super helpful with all our questions. Can totally recommend renting this apartment. We hope to return ourselves at some point.
