The elevator was broke. The pool was well maintained but it is quite small and there is no hot tub. Breakfast was average. It was clean and the staff were all superb.

The Pictures on hotel.com didn't match what we were giving. I put in the app for 5 grown ppl and what we received was 2 queen beds. My son has cancer and we were going for treatment so I had to sleep in the car bc there were no room in the room. The bathroom was not like the pictures the room was small . Never again

Upon check in I was given keys to a room currently occupied by someone else. Twice during my stay my keys stopped working as they assumed my stay was over and had to prove my reservation dates each time. Elevator stopped working one night and had to use stairs to the third floor. I left for breakfast and came back to a worker in my room when I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Felt very uncomfortable and violated each day I was there

The staff was awesome, We have stayed in the same hotel for the last 4 years and the same guy has checked us in every time. This guy is so nice and it speaks volumes that he still works for you. The rooms are very nice and clean.

I missed my connecting flight, and even though I had documentation to prove that I was unable to utilize my reservation, the hotel refused to offer me a refund or credit toward a future stay. This room was paid for weeks in advance. The hotel should have offered something for an issue outside my control.
