Great staff at reception and check out. The room was good but the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I will not mention here but was left uncleaned was pretty disgusting. Luckily, I didn't need to use it.

Room door lock faulty access was gained after 2 staff members attempted entry Door had to be manipulated in a certain manner to be opened with the excuse that the doors are new "even more reason that the standard is unacceptable" additionally, from the inside exit was near impossible unless pressure was applied to the door to release the lock "this is a safety risk in case of a fire" In relation to house keeping 1 sheet of paper from the standard Quest note pad is totally insufficient For a hotel that purports to be a quality stay it is a FAIL Finally on check out No "How was your stay" or "Thank you for choosing us" Just "Put your key on the desk" Have stayed at other QUEST hotels and they were great this was the exact opposite

Two-night stay

Overall good but could improve a few things. Hard to please everyone but I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable - a mattress pad would help. We had an adjoining room and thankfully the person next to us was quiet but there was a gap under the door that allowed quite a bit of noise back and forth so we had to be concious of the volume of the TV. The property manager did ask how the stay was upon check-in which was appreciated. Suggested paper towels and Kleenex in the rooms and as well, would be nice if there was more than 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. The manager commented that more could be provided if requested. Housekeeping was fine except there were 3 long black hairs left behind. The rooms face either one parking lot or the other so no good view either way.
