I travel a lot and happened to book myself at this hotel due to the convenient location. I visited the hotel at the beginning of September, and brought the whole family with me. The staff was amazing and very helpful, they immediately informed me of all the amenities that the hotel offered. Most of my time was spent in the water slide area as that is where my children wanted to play. I have no complaints as I had an amazing experience, definitely staying here again.

I was surprised to see some negative reviews of this place because we had nothing but a pleasant experience. First off, the hotel is RIGHT off the interstate which was super convenient. Front desk was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Grabbed dinner at the bar, the food is your standard sports bar type food, so nothing fancy but it was good food. Bartender was nice and informative about the area. There was a fish pond in our hallway which was really cool, however the water level seemed a little low for the fish. Hopefully just an oversight. Also, there's a Walgreens right next door which ended up being helpful because we forgot a few things. All in all, solid visit with no real complaints!

So on my 1st trip to Albuquerque NM I needed to find a hotel that was close to the Air Force Base (I was visiting my nephew and his wife who are in the Air Force). This hotel was in a great location (10 minutes from the Airport,10 minutes from the Base, easy freeway access). The moment I walked in I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were AMAZING! They explained to me all of their amenities and made me feel at home!!! After settling into my room (very clean), I went down to the Restaurant where my nephew and his wife came to join me for dinner. Although the restaurant wasn't very busy the food was AMAZING!!! My nephew and niece have actually been back twice since I returned home.Long story short, I enjoyed the Hydro massage beds, the in house Starbucks,The beds were comfy, and I even had a great time with my nephew and niece at the indoor Waterpark(YES! Indoor waterpark). Everytime I go to visit my Nephew I will be staying at the Wyndham Hotel. I have also referred my other family members to stay there as well.

I stayed with Wyndham the night of August 19 and left Sunday. The front desk agents, especially Verjeana, were so nice and respectful, answered every question I had, no matter how many i asked. Told me how to find my room, and they were spot on, didnt have any problems. I also got the water park passes, (first time using the water park) and I loved it, so did my girlfriend! We had some trouble getting our reservations, it wasnt a big deal we know mistakes happen all the time. But John Micheal the front desk supervisor, was so generous, and was really concerned with our room, he gave us free passes for the water park! Our room was so clean, smelt like fresh carpet, and the beds were softer than Sleep Number beds! There wasnt a single issue with our stay, loved every second of it! I would really recommended staying at this hotel!

My stay at the wyndham hotel was absolutley thee best by far the staff was so very kind especially the front desk agent by the name of verjeana she was so helpful and accurate and prompt we found everything we needed in a timely manner with her help thank you verjeana. the rooms were amazing everything was so comfy and welcoming loved it. the water park was so awsome Im definatly going to bring my family back, If you want the best for your money then this is the place to stay. thanks again wyndham we will see you again soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the newly renovated Wyndham. Comfy clean room with all the amenities needed to make my stay amazing. The staff were kind, attentive & professional from beginning to end. I would definately stay again anytime I am in the Albuquerque area for business or pleasure.

Was called La Cascada. Wyndham just took it over. Under massive remodeling. Water in park was very cold. Only restaurant open was the Sports Bar but it was OK. Huge place so lots of walking, however you can park by your building door.

The family wanted to have fun at the water park. Bad idea!!! 1- the suite we stayed in was below a motel 6 standard. Blood on the pillow, dead remote for the "soft" bed, broken pull out bed, off putting smell, wifi didn't work, diverter valve in the shower hardly worked. 2- the water park food was terrible!!! The pool seems to be falling apart. Stepped on many small rocks due to the sides of the pool cracking and falling in the pool. 3- we asked for a suite. No one told us we would have to climb stairs inside our room. Not good when we have 20 month old.

So after reading 70% of bad reviews from this hotel I still decided to give it a shot!! BAD idea..... the water park was fun but not all that, the water was to cold for the kids. The rooms sucked, just walking through the halls you can see how dirty it is! Shower is super tiny and get this NO fridge in the rooms so it's a MUST to take an ice chest but then the ice machines don't work lmaoff go figure right!!! What really ticked me off was at check in I repeated to the young lady if anything was going to be placed on hold on my card and she said only $25. The reason why I asked numerous times was because I wasn't paying with that card and I told her if she was going to charge me then I'd give her the card I was going to use to check out. Well of course that was another lie! They ended up holding $300 on my card and left me with literally $0 to my name while staying the weekend there with my family. When I realized what that idiot girl did and ask to speak to the manager "John Micheal" he said NO WORRIES if anything happens let me know. And gave my family and I free breakfast the following day. Whoopie right?!?! NOPE! So we get up for breakfast the next day and the older white man at the restaurant was extremely RUDE and literally said there closed and once I told him they told me breakfast was till 11:30am and was free because of a MESS up on the hotels part he rolled his eyes and said "well make it quick cuz we're closing soon"!!! When I called back John Michael to let him know of the 3 nsfs I had received from my bank cuz of there un trained front desk employees the only thing out of his mouth was "SURE I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND"!! And I said you sure didn't say that when you said to call you if anything happened to your bank and now you want to tell me your not going to do anything other than well I'm sorry!!!!! PLEASE READ all reviews and do not take the chance that I did cuz it's not worth it. Go to the water park but stay somewhere else!!!! This hotel is supposedly getting remodeled and it's a mess! Water leaking from the roof, they have water buckets everywhere so the roof water can fall in there. It's just disgusting!!!! I wish I can rate it a negative

We were walked from the MCM Elegante due to overbooking. The beds were like sleeping on stone. We're still sore in places. The towels were so scratchy they left marks. I will never stay there again!!!!
