Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. If you have more than 1 dog additional fees may be due. Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.

The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy little home in Albuquerque. The two-bedroom, one-bath layout with the garage was absolutely perfect for my wife, our daughter, and our two small pups. From the moment we arrived, the house truly felt like home — comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay.Everything was just right for our needs, and we really appreciated how affordable it was for the quality and comfort it provided. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area.Thank you so much for being a great host and for sharing such a lovely space. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We had our two dogs with us for this stay. I'm so glad we rented this property. The yard was fully enclosed. I would leave the sliding door open and the dogs were able to go in an out freely, just like at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We were gone from the home for a few hours each day and we had no worries about leaving the dogs alone. They stayed inside and in their kennel. I had a small issue getting into the condo at check in, totally my fault. I emailed Taryn and she responded quickly. As she did for all our email correspondence. If you're traveling with your fur babies. This is the home to rent.

We always enjoy our stay at this property. Nice house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Safe and secure yard for our Pugs, and a garage to park in. Taryn is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from I-40 and I-25, very convenient.

This was the perfect spot for me as I came to Albuquerque for a weeklong seminar. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to my class location and groceries. (The Dairy Queen within walking distance made it fun, too.) The communication with the host was great.

This property is a gem!

The house was just perfect and great for those traveling with dogs. The backyard is completely walled in and secure. We were in town visiting our son for Christmas, and the house is literally two minutes from his apartment. It's in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. It's easy to get anywhere in town or to the highway. Taryn was a great host, easy to communicate with, and always responsive. Being able to check in a little early was wonderful, since we were driving across the country.It was a great stay and experience; we would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family members. It's very close to our home in a nice neighborhood. The check-in, check-out was easy. It was very clean with the exception of the coffee pot, which I feel was an anomaly. i will definitely recommend my family members stay here when they come to town.
