Very convenient location for where I needed to be - the area is a bit unsafe but the hotel has security onsite the whole time we were there which gave me peace of mind

no breakfast given as promised. there was no phone in room and was hard to talk to reception.

You get what you pay for: no hot water at the sink, TV doesn't work, the heater did not shut down automatically so it was either hot or cold

Had to stop in Albuquerque at the last minute. Room was affordable but everything was worn and needing replaced. Bed not comfortable and linens smelled like cheap bleach. Front desk lady was very nice and check in was fast.

when we arrived at the hotel it it was in a secluded area in a bad neighborhood. We were afraid to stay there so we found other accommodations. the area was not safe with the hotel being so secluded in the rear of other buildings it was dark and we just felt it would not be safe coming and going to the hotel. At the entrance of the drive way there were people milling around asking for money.

Good rate. Easy-off and back on I-40. Lots of nearby food choices.

A little out of town, but in an area that has amenities like stores, restaurants, easy access to I-40

Our room was dirty. Like dirt on the floor dirty. I saw three live cockroaches. The fridge was big and there was a stove and a sink and a large shower. The silverware and dishes were ok but I washed em again just in case. There were quite a few people living there and they were rough looking. Not a bad part of town but not a good part either. Breakfast in the am was coffee, oatmeal, and packaged pastries. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Worst room possible...AC vent against the bed so no cooling...clean sheets only redeeming feature...kitchen has holes in the counter...bathroom grungy...staff uninterested...door key entry works occasionally...needed 2 sets of cards...sketchy neighborhood.

Very clean. Good location off the I-40. Maintenance man came by and introduced himself and gave us his schedule. First time for that! Could use more than one serving of coffee. Pillows were small and flat. Asked for more and the maintenance man delivered two more in less than 5 minutes. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have an air conditioner/heater that actually had knobs on it! Good price! Would stay there again.

This hotel was good overall, even though we were just passing through. Unfortunately they were unable to provide a receipt in person, we were told to obtain that online.

The staff were what made it for me. They were friiendly and courteous. I was there on business and they accomodated my needs perfectly. The restaurant Celinia's is wonderful!
