The bed sheets were dirty. There was a big stain at the foot of the fitted bed sheet. The grounds were a little unkempt. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had much more amenities than other hotel breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. There was a water leak from the 2nd floor entry area onto the entry into our room causing water to drip and a large puddle to form. It was present for our entire 2 day stay. Also the electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Both problems were reported during our stay.

The front desk staff was so helpful from checking in to needing a late checkout. I must have been there a busy weekend I’m not sure but parking was horrible, I could not find a spot after 9pm on both nights but I called and asked if I could park in “non parking spots” they allowed it and let me know they would put a notice about it in case there was problems. Our suite room was the best we were so comfortable the only bad was there was no window screens so I didn’t want to have my window open which would’ve been nice for the fresh cool air. I give my stay a 9/10! Great place and location. And they have 24 hour security on premises/parking lot.

This was a total catfish. The room was soo dusty, shower was dirty, toilet paper was leftover from whoever stayed in the room before us. Bed was blown out and sagged, I had 4 nights booked and left after the first night. MOTEL 6 IS CLEANER

The room was a little shabby but clean. The beds were comfortable. The towels were good except for the washcloths which were very thin. We appreciated the utensils, dishes, and the pots. The staff was accommodating . Breakfast was very good. Best hotel scrambled eggs I have ever eaten.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay here. While the rooms were clean and the stay was generally pleasant, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff. I found the level of hospitality to be unacceptable; there was no welcome, greeting, or any effort made to make guests feel invited. Specifically, this morning, the staff member on duty remained seated on her phone. When I said hello, she looked at me as if I were pestering her. I believe it is important for customer service representatives to understand that their main purpose is to provide friendly and professional service to guests. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you look to improve the guest experience. Best regards

Room has dirty sheets with hair and bits of something, a dirty floor, and cigarette burns on the couch with a funny smell in the room. Had new sheets put on, they were also dirty with hair and yellow splotches. I asked for a new bottom sheet and for the room to be vacuumed, and I was moved rooms. The new room had clean sheets but a dirtier floor, a hair covered bathroom with ash on the floor, and what I think was blood around one of the door frames. The four in the new room was so bad that there was a couple coins on the floor, toothpicks, and even food garbage around the garbage pails in the kitchen. The front desk manager said that he would be giving me a lower rate but never did. Breakfast was not good, eggs were sitting in water and the potatoes were not fully cooked. Even the night person on the first night I was there, played the "sorry, I'm new" line and apparently knew nothing about the property when I asked a question. This place used to be so much better, they have gone downhill drastically

The breakfast menu has been excellent on my three previous stays at this property. This morning, unfortunately, the person responsible for preparing warm food options was delayed. There was no hot breakfast available, except home fries, from 6:30 am until nearly 7:45 am. The property seems a bit below the standards I have experienced previously. The door inside the bathroom appears to be very scratched and needs painting. The tub doesn't drain properly. There us a tear in the vinyl floor in the kitchen that is sort of safety issue.
