Hotel was nice. The two interactions with the front desk were not great. They did not receive my booking from Orbitz so the check in process was a mess and now I have to hope they refund the money they charged to my card since they couldn’t see I already paid through Orbitz. No complaints about the hotel itself, just not a fan of the customer service

If you're traveling on the 40 and looking for a hotel in Albuquerque, head down Route 25 for ten minutes to the Hyatt. Great hotel, free breakfast is fantastic with lots of options, hot air balloons in the sky in the morning (when we were there). Skip the Holiday Inn, La Quinta, etc. You'll love this place.

No surprises… It met the expectations of a Hyatt place. Staff was very nice professional and friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable great room. But… But… There were no USB or other type of low-voltage ports in the room at all luckily, we brought our own converter so we could charge our phones and iPads. They need to retrofit this immediately if they're going to stay within the 21st-century ha ha ha.

The original room wasn’t cleaned but they switched us quickly and into a clean room. Breakfast was great and airport shuttle was fast and efficient.

The place was very dirty, the curtains were stained, the shower curtain rod falling off the walls, carpets dirty, service mediocre at best. I was very surprised for the level of disrepair and indifference of the staff.

For some reason my room was a handicap equipped room-not sure why. It was clean but laid out kinda weird. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again-for the price yes but at the regular rate no. The decor is dated-lots of dark browns and grays. This is the first time I stayed at Hyatt.
