Convenient location with plenty of parking space & our room is spacious and comfy

Front office personnel were very courteous and professional. Front office area looked clean and inviting but the rest of motel property is in deplorable condition.

I didnt like that the bathroom was in disrepair or that the heater didn't work properly. I froze my butt off. There was a snow storm and the stairs leading up to my room was not shoveled. I only stayed one night and went somewhere else for the remainder of my trip.

Location was good for shopping, restaurants, balloon fiesta, and highway access. Our room did not have hot water for showers. The toilet was leaking into the main room, making the carpet soggy next to the bed. We were moved to a different room & given a discount. We were awaken to someone trying to enter our room around 2 a.m. We checked out a day early due to these issues.

First Everyone was nice, But when you get to your room you have to pass a door with bullet holes, The stairs look like they are going to fall apart anytime, The pool was not even in service because of maintenance (its been down a while) if I could have stayed another place I would have but i prepaid for this place. Is this place worth the money you have to pay not even close. last thing is that there is no internet or breakfast while we were there. I would say these people need to update their photos so people can see what they are getting

The outdoor property is very nice and inviting. It is close to grocery story and mall.

This used to be the place to stay in Rio Rancho. The property was well maintained and so were the rooms. Now the room have peeling paint, especially in the bathroom. The TV sets are old, cable service is spotty. The bed I had was rock hard as were the pillows. I could never get hot water in the shower and there are notes to guests to not leave the water running while shaving or brushing your teeth. The Foyer of the facility is beautiful; I guess that’s where all the money is spent. I did tell the front desk about my room issues when I checked out, but I’ll never stay there again.

The coffee was good....Old old property. The pool was empty, looks like it has been for awhile. Lobby was nice, breakfast consisted of cereal, instant oatmeal, assorted carbs, juice, coffee, hot water for tea and oatmeal. The shower/tub drained veryyyy slowly. Stayed two nights, the second day we didn't get wash clothes or face towels. Coffee in room but didn't get refills of coffee for day 2. Looks like some of the guests are long term residents. Parked car in front, didn't feel comfortable parking in back by our room. Wouldn't stay there again!

I wish we had a fridge in the room. It was old and dated

No hot water, lukewarm at best. Limited staff since the place is foreclosing.

It is a nice hotel and conveniently located. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The rooms and TV need to be updated. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There are not enough electrical outlets near the head of the bed for CPAP machines.

It is a nice location and convenient to the Rio Rancho area stores. I was disappointed that there is no small refrigerator in the room. More electrical plugs near the bed for medical equipment such as sleep apnea machines.

Quiet area - no one bothered me felt safe I would recommend this to all my friends

Lovely way to spend New year's. Great property and lovely rooms

it was awful there was no comfortnessin the roomwat so ever beds were really bouncy nothing but spring nade to much noise wen u move also there was to much visiblity tour "privacy"

the check in was lonng n the water wasmt gtting hot n the doors weee stuk shut n had holes. no privacy

While the hotel may have been bought out and no major ugrades were done the hotel is a decent place to stay for the price. The room we were given was spacious however, the TV was older and didn't work well. We have stayed numerous times in the past and the grounds are usually clean but this stay the trash cans were packed to the rafters, the ice machine didn't work as well as the vending machines.
