You are not allowed to use the "water park" UNLESS you pay another 20 dollars per person and it is a dinky park. It is not Disney land. They have another pool for guests, but it was closed while we were there. Staff know that they are working for a crummy place, but they can't say anything sympathetic and they have been trained with pat answers to subdue you. The rooms are dirty, uncomfortable, and terrible. Overpriced. Terrible WiFi and your cell phone won't work. I went for a walk to talk to a friend and I ran into folks in desperate circumstances or of questionable motives for wandering around my hotel grounds at night. I only stayed the one night, but everyone in the line was checking out early.
It was far away from the expected. Read this hotel terms and conditions three times before booking. Better don't buy. The hotel is actually a cheap motel inside. It has a large water park attached, but... it doesn't work at least three days a week. Rooms are shabby. Very low, frustrating ceilings in the rooms. Beds in a mediocre condition, heavily used. Not 100% clean and smelly. No refrigerators in rooms. Spiders spotted in restrooms. Cracks and spots in restrooms. Room service woke me up very early on the day of my departure. At the time of my visit they had extensive construction works in the lobby and outside. Very inconvenient, dusty, noisy. This is nothing to do inside and in the nearby vicinity when the water park is closed. It is closed most of the days. Stay away from this motel.
I only got bothered a few times. There were never any towels at the water park. Each time we asked for towels we were told they ran out and we needed to wait 20 minutes. The snack bar had no available food and the wait for any food if we wanted anything I was told would be over an hour due to birthday parties. I had 3 hungry kids with me so that was annoying. If there are going to be birthday parties maybe close the snack bar so guests don't think it's open and ready for anyone. Or better prepare for parties and guests. I also lost my ring at the water park as well and I was told by management that I would be contacted about whether they were able to find it or not and I have not heard anything back. Even if they did not find it, a simple call to let me know would be nice.
