Holiday Inn Express I40 and Eubank

Basic, nothing fancy. Hours of operation for breakfast were good on weekends, until noon.

Tub wouldn't drain. Everything needed updating. Would not recommend.

This is converted motel, not a typical HEI. Heaters are old style and not quiet. Bed was modestly comfortable, but not enough for great sleep. Other hotel guest noise was obvious. Super short stay (less than 9 hours). Location is reasonable. Elevator isn't convenient for most rooms on 2nd floor if you have several items to bring to your room. Staff was super courteous. Morning coffee not so good.

the hotel is older and a bit worn but otherwise everything went well

This motel had very good breakfasts, good location, and good staff. The motel appear to need some maintenance and replacement of some mattresses. It also needs a good cleaning, especially the carpets.

Experience their was just fine. Just fine... Not long enough stay. Needed more time to see the town and shop around. Maybe try a few places to eat out. It was a quixk stay and it was just fine...

It wasn't 5 star, but you're not paying for 5 star either. Very comfortable & clean for a low price

We travel a lot and stay primarily at Holiday Inns all over the country. This felt more like an old trucker motel that was recently renovated into a holiday inn. Outdoor walkways, Byzantine layout, tiny unimaginative rooms and minuscule bathrooms. Over priced priced as well. $101 a night- there are many other better deals in town. We like to stay in holiday inns because they focus in quality. But this one is a farce of the typical formula. I so not recommend.

It's not a 5 star hotel, but you're not paying 5 star price. I thought it was comfortable - slept well - enjoyed the hot tub & breakfast. A good price for what I got.

The hotel was a little hard to find as it was behind the mall. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff, Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Lots of delicious breakfast choices.

I expected a 3-star hotel would be much better than this one. Its rooms seem like motel 6, but the food is good.

POSITIVES- Room was clean. Decor was nice. Nice, comfortable beds. 4 pillows with your choice of soft or firm. Gym was nicely stocked with a treadmill, 2 ellipticals, bike and 3 weight machines. Sauna and hot tub worked. Location was perfect for where I needed to be. NEGATIVES- Breakfast buffet was lacking. Healthier options would have been nice like more fruit. And/or egg whites or oatmeal. It was quite noisey in the evening.

the room was comfortable and clean. everything worked well including the pool, sauna, and hot tub which was wonderfully hot. The staff were kind and quiet. I absolutely recommend this place. Near the highway but no road sound.

The location was convenient to the airport and Interstate 40. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast changed each day and was well prepared. The pool was smaller than what the picture led me to expect. The exercise room was small but adequately furnished. The staff was friendly and promptly handled any requests.

We are from the Phila area and went to Balloon Fest. The customer service is 5 star, place is clean, beds and pillows soft and comfy. Breakfest was real good, pool, and gym were a nice addition. The business area good, did not think we needed it but we printed out our boarding passes. I would definitely recommend and return when I come back.

Was good overall, but considerably more expensive the the Day's Inn and GuestHouse motels just across the street.

The hotel staff is nice. Carpet needs to be replaced and pillows as well.

Good staff, good first impression. Unfortunately, we woke up to find a pincher bug roaming our floor. Not good with a 6 month old baby in the room. We packed up and left once we discovered this. Also, the non-smoking rooms have a patio & ashtrays outside which means you smell smoke & smell LIKE smoke once you walk outside. Wouldn't go there again.

Nice clean many hotels in the area less expencive
