Check in Person Very Rude Hair in Bath Tub
Check in was fine, but my room was disgusting. Just walking on the floor with socks on was gross. I looked at the bottoms of my socks and children’s socks and they were black and that was from only walking back and forth from the bed to the bathroom once. The heater was extremely loud when it would shut off. It would click the entire time before turning back on. The cold water was non existent in the sink faucet and the hot water in the shower was Luke warm at best. The refrigerator did not work. There was water inside the freezer part that leaked onto the floor. The bed was the worst bed I had ever slept on in my life. You could feel every spring digging into your body and the pillows were small and uncomfortable as well. I was severely disappointed that I had to pay $84 for this room.
This was the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in in all my 64 years. It had roaches and my husband found ants in the bed. We got 3 different rooms and the first two had roaches and the third had ants in the bed. We stayed one night in this place with one eye opened and the other closed and the following morning moved to the Sheraton Airport.
Management was bothered that I had any questions, and seemed irritated even when I checked in. They were also completely unresponsive to my midnight complaints of another guest's tv being too loud. Horrible customer service.
Decent place to stay for the price. Was noisy because right next to freeway. Breakfast was minimal. Clean, just a bit outdated.
The carpet was disgustingly filthy. I used a damp washcloth to wipe up a spill on the carpet, and the washcloth came away completely black, and not from the contents of my spill. This carpet has probably never been cleaned. Also the check in process was somewhat of a hassle with all the masks and plexiglass, it was difficult to communicate with the clerk.
Albuquerque apparently is known for a lot of homeless and it seems that there are a lot in this area. This hotel owner is doing his best to keep them out by hiring security that patrols the parking lot throughout the night.
Excellent room - very clean. Safe and clean parking.
When reservation was made it was for a king size bed. We were give a two queen. The was no breakfast and the coffee maker in room was broken. When we notified the front desk they said they didn’t have anymore. We asked him if he could get one from another room. He said he would get one and bring it to our room immediately. He never came with coffee maker.
The bathroom sink was caulked and barely hanging on to the wall. The TV had lines running down the center. The door to the room had a gab and felt very unsafe
It was really cold the night we checked in and the window unit did not work in both of the rooms we booked. There was hair in both rooms. The sheets in one of the rooms looked like it had blood stains.
The water pressure in sink in Room 110 needs attention. Also the heater keeps going on and on to where the room gets too hot even though you set the heater temperature.
