About once a year I check in to this suites-only hotel for three days to work intensively on a writing project. Why here? Because it's clean and quiet, there's good lighting, plenty of desk top and outlets for my computer and printer, and my two-room suite gives me lots of space to spread out papers. When I check in, I tell the pleasant desk attendant that I'll require no housekeeping services, and no one bothers me -- not even a knock on the door! They offer a good breakfast, and my room has a fridge and microwave for the rest of the meals I bring with me. I've tried other hotels for a solo writing retreat, but this works ideally for me, and besides, it's newly renovated.

Arrived late. Staff was nice. Pulled sheets back and they clearly had not been changed... who knows what else had not been cleaned properly.

we were pleased with the location of the hotel for the balloon festival. The last morning there, we had a bed bug walk across one of our beds. The management said they had not had any there, but getting on the bed bug website, we saw that they have had them.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was very suitable in a good central location. No complaints, would book again.

There was no lobby. Dirty und terrible welcome zone (building work). The front desk staff were at a simple table in the breakfast room.

Twice I had to get a different access key to enter the room and once I had to have another key made to access the back door to get into the hotel also the free breakfast was free and now I know why they offer it free

We had to book a hotel last minute and the value of this hotel was good. Once we saw the room, the value was even greater! It has a nice separate living room area, complete with a front window with curtains to make it feel like home. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was tasty. Definitely recommend!

Next time a room not so close to highway and elevator; to much noise. We asked for two extra pillows on our first night got them on our third and last night. The staff overall was very courteous. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our time. Hotel hit every need we needed

I stay at this hotel in my city once or twice a year to do some intense work on the current book I'm writing. This stay was the best ever because they're in the process of renovating, so they've updated the lighting, furniture, electrical outlets, the desk chair -- all the comforts I need as a solo guest who works non-stop. Next time I stay, they will have redone the rather dated lobby, so I look forward to that new look. I told the front desk that I wouldn't need any housekeeping services and -- unlike at other hotels -- no one knocked on the door. It was heavenly!

Hotel staff, very few words.good place to sleep for a family of five

Good stay , hard to find entrance but worth the finding.

Great experience, will stay there many more times.

Our stay in the executive suite was amazing. There was enough room for myself, my husband, and our 3 young boys. This room had 2 different TVs so that there were no disagreements on what to watch. The rooms were separated by a door which was awesome for privacy from the kids. The bed was so comfortable!!

As stated above and was quite nice, comfortable and relaxing since I had already spent three previous nights in other motel/hotels. This was the best one.

We stay at this hotel regularly because it is close to family in the area, but every time we stay they manage to cancel our room key at least once.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. The indoor pool was very nice. Over all a good nights rest with extra space to lounge.

Of all the hotels I have stayed at in my 35 years, whether it was expensive of cheap. This is my favorite hotel out of all of them. The staff is super friendly. The continental breakfast is amazing and delicious! They have so many choices compared to other places I have stayed at. It is a family friendly hotel with a swimming pool and hot tub. The room is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Their wifi connection is the best compared to other places I have stayed at. The cleaning staff are really nice and go beyond what is asked of them. There are a lot of nice restaurants close by. They are next to the freeway so you can get to your destinations quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Albuquerque to stay here.

IN TOWN FOR A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT. FIRST TIME STAYING AT BEST WESTERN. ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. STAFF WAS OK, BUT THEY COULD SHOW SOME INTEGRITY.

Great place to stay. I would stay at this hotel again. Nice and clean and great location.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your detailed review. I'm happy to hear we were able to provide a good retreat for getting work done! We regret that occasionally our cookie dough runs out before the next delivery. I will see what we can do about restoring the cold water dispenser to the lobby.

Dear Ashley, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad to hear our staff were satisfactory in attitude. I apologize for the disappointing quality of bedding you got in the room. This was clearly not up to Best Western standards. I hope we were able to resolve this issue quickly and in a friendly manner.
