Nice ample rooms and very convenient location, but can be noisy due to its location near the interstate

Staff was frendly, rooms were clean. The towels had stains on them, the staff got me new ones but should never had put stained ones in the room. Ice machines on second and third floor were broke. It was okay but usually have much better stays at Best Westerns.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to airport.

Bathroom was clogged

Pubic hair and clothing tags in the bathroom Dead roach and ants in suite Fingerprints and great hand prints on furniture Disgusting

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Executive for 7 days while on business. If I wasn’t so busy working, I would have switched hotels. Pros: - good breakfast - close to the highway on-ramp Cons: - The staff was unaccommodating and wanted to expend minimum effort for their guests. I needed to iron my suit on the first morning of my stay but my room didn’t have an ironing board. I asked the feminine man at the front desk if there was one I could use or if we could take one from an empty room (the hotel was not full) and was told no, with no explanation as to why. The manager found me an ironing board later that day after I had ironed all my clothes on a table in my room. - The pool was out of order with end in sight. My daughter was very disappointed. - The surrounding area does not feel safe and the hotel has signs in the parking lot that to advise guests not to leave valuables in their cars. There is a fence behind the parking lot, but several bars have been kicked out to allow the homeless to pass between the hotel and the drainage behind the hotel.

I will not stay at this property again!!!

Bedding is lacking. Basically 2 sheets. The shower didn’t work well and there was no body wash. Pool was closed for the whole month of June, but was never told this at booking. Very, very basic. More like best western and not a best western plus.

I especially liked the roominess and comfort of the suite. I'd stayed here years ago, and the place had obviously been renovated and updated nicely. The beds were comfortable. The facilities were clean and provided an enjoyable place to spread out, get some work done on lap top, and rest for the night.

Hotel was easy to find but difficult to get to during rush hour traffic. Check in was easy and I was pleased we received a lower level room. The room was nice and seemed to be newly renovated although the furniture was dated. Of course, the first thing we did was sit on the bed and was very disappointed at the springy "camping bed" we had. I do not understand why hotel chains have to be "cheap" when it comes to the comfort of a bed. As a traveler, the one thing we all want is a comfortable bed to sleep in. Our room was located at the very end of the hall and we were next to the elevator and back door to the parking lot. From the moment we unpacked, the back door was opened and slamming shut. This went in all night until we went to bed at 11:00 with ear plugs in. At dinnertime, we left to go to dinner and the back door was propped open with a trashcan lid. I kicked the lid out and let the door shut. I complained about this in the morning at checkout and asked if they had security cameras on the backdoor. The clerk said yes but obviously it is not monitored. I dont feel the security of this hotel is taken too seriously with so much activity at the back door. Needless to say, we kept our back door locked at all times. Neither of us slept well as the bed was very uncomfortable. After morning coffee, we went to the lobby which was a plus as they did provide a hot breakfast even during COVID. It was provided in to go containers so we could take back to our room.

Shady area, parking lot backs to storage facility, front desk staff was rude, "breakfast" was a hand wrapped muffin with seran wrap. Carpet was dirty, only two pillows on King size bed.

It was off the main strip, but still easy access to the 40

Location, nice rooms, great beds Brew pub next door, REI across the street

Nothing unique. The asset was the location which was offset by hard to navigate the driveway n entrance. My room facing the freeway was noisy w no soundproofing measures.
