Villa Molucas is a stunning property located in São Rafael, Albufeira, close to the beautiful beaches of Castelo and Evaristo, as well as shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Perfect for group holidays, it offers comfort and privacy throughout.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, a twin bedroom en suite with a bathtub and an additional guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms, both en suite with bathtubs.



On the second floor, there is a twin bedroom en suite with a bathtub.



The main kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a secondary kitchen, ideal for preparing extra meals.



For leisure, the villa features a games room with a snooker table, providing hours of fun for family and friends.



Outside, there is a traditional barbecue, an al fresco dining area and a beautiful pool with excellent sun exposure (heatable for an extra cost).



The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and is a short drive from Albufeira, with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
