Great home away from the hustle and bustle at larger resorts. Fun activities to keep kids happy and off electronic devices. Will be back in summer time to use all the club house amenities.

House was great for my family. We were out alot and not looking for anything fancy. Price was spot on for the accommodation. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. The house could use some sprucing up but, other than that, we were all happy there and would rent again. Having the pool and the beach were great amenities!

We walked in and next to the front door was 3 garbage bags full of dirty laundry. Then we found 2 of the beds with stained comforters. This grossed me out. One had a stain about 1 1/2 foot round and the other looked like dried milk. It was late when we got there so we switched the linins around and continued the tour. The ice containers in the freezer were dirty and had a dead bug. Only 3 out of 4 bedrooms had ac. The one in the basement which is actually the first floor did not and there is no ac in the game room. Upstairs was nice and cold. We were not there during the day so I can’t say how the temperature was then but art night it was ik to use. Once we got up i sent the owner a message about the laundry and stuff i already mentioned and we left for the day. He sent the cleaners to clean and replace the 2 dirty beds. Also the parking passes and wrist bands were not at the house when we arrived. They were delivered the second day. I loved how cold the upstairs was. The games were nice. There were a few things that i did not mention as we noticed them after the origonal message but hopefully they get fixed. The stair runners were loose. One was missing when we arrived and the cleaners removed a bunch more when they came back. I had just had knee surgery the month before and this was not safe. Also the stairs outside at night most of the lights were not working but you do not have to use them as you can enter on the downstairs. Owner responds quick
