First check-in process wasn’t the best. Called Bell Cross Roberton rep for assistance and she was more condescending than helpful. Heard children in the background which and reps focus was more on them than customer service.
Second, never been to a home that was heated with space heaters. More of a safety hazard than I would want.
Third, furniture was old and dirty. Cracked leather furniture.
Fourth, NO PRIVACY. Home had see through blinds. I walked outside and saw a man sitting in his car watching my wife and in the living room.
Fifth, shower clogged up. Hire a person to snake out the drain.
Overall, poor accommodation and serious safety concerns.
