Picked this hotel because I wanted a hot tub and I get there and it says hot tub is not working. I find out from someone else it hasn’t been working for like 4 months. Is there any intent to fix it? If not please take that off your amenities offered. I wasn’t able to cancel since I booked with Expedia and they also couldn’t cancel so I could book a different hotel with a hot tub.

Let’s start with the welcome. Walking in the door the smell of someone smoking near the front door was very strong. Then when we got in someone was waiting at counter already and no receptionist to be seen. Then in comes the smoker who then greeted us in very friendly manner but now smelled so strongly of cigarettes it was hard to breath. That was followed by our request for a quiet room not even being acknowledged or seen as far as I could tell. The. The beds were old and very uncomfortable along with the pillows. The door next room over closing shook our beds and you could hear right through the walls.

Not the cleanest bathroom. Shower head spout was gross. Tiles stained in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast preparer young man needs to learn how to make oatmeal. Food was scarce on Sunday at breakfast. The boy got behind and dishes piled high and tables were all dirty. He stayed in the backroom. There was never anyone at the front desk. I waited upon check-in. The sign said the person was helping a guest and would be back. When the older bearded man came in with his coat on he smelled of smoke/skunk-not sure-but he smelled horrible. He was friendly and competent at his service when he did come to the front desk. Most of the weekend there was no one at the front desk. Jose was helpful in providing us a change of towels on Saturday. He was very friendly.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and have generally enjoyed it but not as much this time. Our first room was dirty with stains and hair on the bed sheets, so they kindly moved us to another room. That room was cleaner but it still feels like interior is declining. On a positive note, rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly. My biggest issue and the main reason I will never stay there again has to do with my mistake. I accidentally left my MacBook charger and AirPods there. That was stupid of me and 100% my fault but the hotel claims they never found them. I know they were there because I had them in the room in the morning before we left. So, if you stay there, make sure you don’t leave anything behind because you’ll most likely never see it again.

Staff was the best and made our stay feel like we were at home. Had friends and family over to the hotel and they let us use the breakfast area for all of us to have pizza and gather together!!!

Hotels hot tub has been out of service for months and they don’t plan on fixing it. Pool is freezing cold as well. Called the hotel before booking to make sure the hot tub was working and did a non refundable stay and no we wished we never booked here.
