This property is completely run down. Had to be moved to a different room because TV wouldn't work and power outlets were unsafe to plug in the bathroom. Had two of six lights working. This hotel is being used as a refugee hotel for people from a third world, African country of which I don't know the exact origin. You're never told that when you booked the reservation armed security in the lobby and people camped out in lawn chairs. Talking on cell phones in the front parking lot as well as kids riding bikes in and out of the cars. Avoid this place at all costs
Its a worst hotel I will say its a waste of money please donot waste you money on this hotel its not even 1 star not sure how is it 3 star. I will say spend some extra money and go to some other hotel donot waste you money in that hotel no tea & coffee in the room. The room are really bad broken furniture holes in the bedsheets and everything is messed up. Their is a smell in the bathroom from dirty cloths. I will say don't go to this hotel
Clean but in poor condition
Affordable and close to the airport, so it serves it's purpose. No to-go breakfast available for early departures, which was disappointing. There were a handful of young people hanging out in the shadows outside the hotel, drinking, smoking, and listening to music. Another woman in the lobby when I was checking in said she had been there for a week and that they were "harmless," but they made me nervous and the receptionist seemed unaware of them. Overall, might stay here again if I have another early flight but would look for other options. Very hot water, good WiFi, and good AC.
Dirty place. Health hazard and unsafe
Don’t even consider staying here if you are accustomed to decent hotels. Don’t get fooled by 3 stars- should be one. Carpet filthy starting w/ reception desk. Whole place smelled bad, like old cigarettes. No elevator. Used stairs in back loaded w/ dirt, grime and who knows what else. Carpet in halls snd room filthy. Hole in bedroom wall near head of bed size of a canteloupe was filled w/ paper towels. No stopper in sink. I couldn’t even consider using the bed or bathroom. Soon as I arrived I found another place - even tho it was 3am - and left as soon as possible. Just don’t do it!
It was ok for one night. The property needs lots of improvement , especially the lobby area.
The hotel is rundown. No quality in style and decor. Not worth the low price.
The front desk worker was extremely rude upon check in, took 20 minutes to check in. Go to my floor and there was a huge pile of dirty sheets thrown in the corner by the elevator. The bathroom to my room was not in good condition at all. Toilet wouldn’t shut off for at least 3 minutes after you flushed it. My husband noticed a lamp wouldn’t turn on, and the tv had no sound he told the frost desk worker about it and he shrugged his shoulders and went back to playing on his phone. The outside of it did not look kept at all. It took over 30 minutes to check out because each time someone checks out the front desk worker has to go inspect the room before even starting the check out process. Then they had a customer who was in the lobby asking everyone for a vacuum a broom and trash bags, why I don’t know but he asked literally EVERYONE even other customers and the workers did not even try to tend to the man’s needs or have him stop haggling other customers. Overall for the price ($60.00) or so dollars it was decent for the price but it definitely was not a good experience, would definitely not return again!
This is THE worst experience I have had. First, the hotel was very very old and nearly everything is broken from the ice machine to the lack of coffee maker in guest room. The mini fridge had a huge ice and needs defrost. There is NO blanket and NO tissue box in guest room. The front desk said "we do NOT provide tissue box." The room carpet is SO dirty. The WiFi was interrupted every 3 minutes EVEN AFTER 3 AM. The front desk people had language barrier and did not understand English. Basically, the facility is NOT ready for the business. ONE good thing is there is hot water in bath room, thanks god!!
The bathroom was dirty. The clock radio was not plugged in and when I tried to plug it in it didn't work. One of the bedside table lights was not plugged in and could not reach the plug. I arrived late otherwise I would have complained.
This place is HORRIBLE. I dont eve know where to start. The first room had a broken picture frame under the mattress. Told management that there was shattered glass under the mattress, and stale breadon the floor, and almost 8 hours later they didnt clean it up. To their credit, at this point they gave me a different room. The bathtub would not turn off and the sink wasnt even secured to the counter. Just tapping the sink made it roll around in the counter. The room my mother and 2 kids were in had paint missing from the ceiling and cigarette burns all over the bathtub. Also, I did not see it, but my mother informed me that there were pubic hairs in the shower. Having grew up in Albany I am familiar with this hotel and people just walk around the hotel smoking weed which you can smell as soon as you walk in the lobby. Never saying at a Ramada again. The entire hotel is in disrepair and the rooms are horrible. Better off going to the motel 6 across town.
The staff was really nice. The room smelled like pee and smoke. It was good enough for the 8 hour stay we needed. There might be things like breakfast but we left at 4:30 am
Room needs serious attention. Not vacuumed. Cobwebs. Light bulb missing from lamp. Bathroom has fixture for six bulbs but only two work and one is missing. Sink drains very slowly. Dirty fingerprints on switch. One partial roll of toilet paper. Wall lamp in room has broken glass. Paint scraped off wall where furniture was moved. No coffee maker as listed. Small TV and remote didn't work right. Only thing good was the bed. When we asked for them to bring an extra towel to the room the guy said No, we could get fired for leaving the front desk! Pretty disappointing. I hope Ramada takes notice.
