It took quite a long time to actually check in and get into my room plus when I showed up , there was people outside , harassing me following me into the building. In the morning, I went to the pool, and there was dead, bugs and spiders floating in it.So I checked out and left.

When we got to our room the furnace had been turned off and it was freezing on our room. It was late at night and it took a couple hours to get the room warm enough to sleep.

We had a great experience! The kind you can only wish for. It’s not always easy traveling with (a bunch) of young children but the staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. The two women at the front desk, the housekeeper, and the woman in charge of breakfast were all so kind and friendly. They did not seem annoyed at all by an entire girls youth basketball team and made us feel welcomed and helped the girls have soo much fun.
