I booked a double room but upon arrival I was given a king accessible. The hotel says that is what hotels.com booked but my reservation shows that I booked a double room which I showed the hotel staff. I was still given the king accessible. So I wasn’t happy with that and hotels.com charged me $ 422.00 when the actual bill from the hotel was $ 380.00

#brunReview the property was completely renovated from my last stay in April 2025. The rooms were excellent revamped with new beds, fixtures, lights, furniture, carpet, wallpaper, and the bathrooms were redone. However, the issue was waiting over 25 minutes for the front desk to help me while she was on the phone during time. Personally I would have put the phone on hold to assist the person in front me which would have taken less than minute due to me having a reservation. Lastly I reserved my room through Expedia and paid and she charged me for the room again which was suppose to be only a security deposit for incidentals. Overall, clean hotel, the staff as a whole is awesome besides those mentioned hiccups. I would recommend staying there. #brunReview

I like the design of the breakfast area. It was very inviting. The breakfast was delicious. The pillows were way too soft, they need to be upgraded to firm pillows. The hotel overall was very clean.

The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Most of the front desk personnel were great. The rooms cleanliness was marginal at best. Dirty carpet and bathroom needed cleaning. The guy at the front desk totally messed up my reservation. There was another party with my last name. He gave me their room. 2 hours later they walked in because they gave them keys to the same room. Then made it seem like my fault. Not happy with this place.
