Woman at front desk was on cell phone rude and dismissive and there was no room available after I reserved one on line she had her friends blasting music out their car trunk by entryway
They explained the room was out in back. I parked behind the building and walked in the closest door. The room was around the other side of the building as there is no posting where the rooms are, so we walked around the entire building with luggage and a new baby. Walked into the room and it smelled so disgusting I immediately had difficulty breathing (asthma) due to the dirt and mold and cigarette smell. Walked right back out and cancelled the room immediately! Worst room I have ever been to. They still have my charges on my credit card I am disputing. Traveling parties beware!
I would definitely stay here again. Bed was comfy and room was clean

I did not stay the second night as planned and have asked to be refunded for the second night and the first. It was a non smoking room that smelled strongly of smoke. The elevator smelled of pot and cigarettes. The first room was not made up the second room aside from the smoke smell did not smell clean. It smelled rancid. There was no one there in the morning who could adjust my bill to remove the second night. There was vomit in the parking lot and a small drug bag.
I liked the surrounding area. Nice area. Beautiful college town
I am extremely disappointed with the staff service because at the time of my checkout on Tuesday, April 16, '19 at around 9:30am, they were not able to print my receipt. They said (the 2 women staff members) they were going to email my receipt because they didn't know how to print it on their system. They however did not even email me the receipt as they had promised to do. If I don't receive an actual checkout receipt from them, I may even contest the credit card charge. Please assist or intervene if possible to ensure they provide me with a paper copy of my checkout receipt with the actual final checkout charge. Thank you Orbitz.
