From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further. Most bad hotel/resort in the history of hotel/resorts. I did pay a lot for 1 night, the room was disgusting, the food was disgusting and at the time of 11:25 they start calling that our checkout time is 12:00. Like we didn’t know that. At 11:45 they called again for the same reason. I did hang on the door DONT DISTURB, and at 10:45 the minibar guy rings the door. This hotel is really bad. Go for this money to a 1 star rated hotel and you will get a better service.

We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago. We were satisfied. We came again, but I regretted it. I am orthopedically disabled, I can walk with the support of a cane. At the entrance, my wife and I had to carry the suitcases from the reception to the room. They did not help us. Even though we bought a normal standard room, they found us very small. They placed him in room 468, where the diagonals meet, because there was a very strong smell in the room and the bathroom. The drinks were of good quality. The hotel is very old and needs to be renovated.

Väldigt fräscht poolområde och trevligt med tunnel till stranden och en privat strand med en strandbar. Personalen var generellt väldigt trevlig och service minded och kunde generellt bra engelska. På rummet märktes det att hotellet har några år på nacken och vi saknade mjukare täcken och bäddmadrass på sängarna. Eluttagen var bara två i rummet och de var långt från sängarna.

Van mindere kwaliteit dan gedacht

Badkamer is erg oud, water is wel goed warm en veel waterdruk. Nieuwe matrassen op het bed. Het geheel maakt een wat ouderwetse indruk, maar wel goed schoon. We hadden onze handdoeken opgehangen, om nog een dagje te gebruiken, maar de schoonmaak nam alles mee en verving het door nieuw. Niet milieuvriendelijk, wel klantvriendelijk. De airco op de kamer werkte niet. We sliepen met de deur open maar dan hadden we last van het geluid van de muziekboxen van het terras. Het eten was voldoende en lekker, maar niet verrassend. De jongeman van de receptie was erg vrolijk en aardig.

İki gece için kısa süreli konakladık, eksiksiz ve güzel bir tatil oldu. Otelde, mobilya ve mefruşatın biraz eskimiş olmasının dışında, bir olumsuzluk görmedim. Bu yazdığım da zaten tatil deneyimini pek etkileyen bir şey değil. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Yeme-içme konusunda da bir sorun yok, her şey güzeldi. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Şehre uzak ultra lüks bir oteldense, daha merkezi bir yerde daha az lüksü tercih ederim. Fiyat performans açısından gayet uygun ve memnuniyet vericiydi. Alanya'da tatil yapmak istersem, tekrar gitmeyi kesinlikle düşünürüm.

Plaj aşırı bir şekilde taşlık terlik şart

Otelin plajı olağanüstü bir şekilde taşlık denize girdim 5 dk sonra ayağımın altında 8 cm çapında yaralanma oldu. Otelde hemşire ilgilendi ama hastaneye gitmek için kendi aracımı kullandım. Ayağımla ilgili olarak otel personeli ilgilenmedi.
