Had a great time at the Inn @ Highland Hill! The property looks just as nice in person as it does in the photos. We enjoyed hanging out and playing games in the large dining room and I got to show our kids how a vintage radio works :) The coffee shop downstairs run by a nice couple was a bonus.

Perfect stay

Loved this space. Looked just like the pictures and the location was quiet but still central. Communication was great as well. Will definitely stay there when I'm back in town on the future!

Property is in a great location. Love the area. Loved the feel of the place with all the vintage stuff. We enjoyed our stay. Staying here was a home away from home.

Nice quiet location

My daughters and i were in town for some college visits. This provided a wonderful base for us to explore Akron and the surrounding area.

nice surprise

A restful, relaxing and accommodating stay. Easy getting in and easy on the way out. We called it our "villa" and would stay here again.

Phenomenal!

My girlfriend and I came to check out Cuyahoga Valley National Park and some areas around Cleveland and the lake. We could not have had a better time and this wonderful apartment was a big part of the enjoyment. Will definitely be staying again if we're in the area.

Quiet Place to Stay

The location of Highland Hill was great! It was right off of a main street ( West Market), which made it quiet, but still close enogh to drive to various shops and resturants. Very clean and I loved the retro vibe in the home decor!

We were in town for an Engineering event at the university . This place is in a great location ! Near some awesome restaurants and close to U of A . Very clean and well cared for. Host was very responsive . Will stay again in my son chooses U of A for college .

Short stay

So inconspicuous this property was comfortable, gorgeous, clean and child friendly. The host was amazing, she was available right when he needed her. This place felt like home away from home super spacious and you do not feel like your bother anyone when your baby is playing around.

Home away from home.

The stay is super comfortable for not only me and my mother, but my daughter, it’s super clean which we appreciate because my daughter has sever allergies, every thing you need is there and more and we don’t feel like we’re disturbing anyone when my daughter is running around playing. I appreciate the aesthetic of the apartment as well, super quaint, quiet and just over off a pleasant place to stay in.

Very convenient

A nice place just as described. Nice neighborhood and convenient to places we wanted to visit. Rich in AA history in surrounding area with great restaurants within a few miles. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants a good time and reasonable prices. I may be back again someday

Perfect place to stay!

I stayed here for two months and was working at a nearby hospital. The location is very central to everything in Akron and was only 5 minutes from the hospital. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. Jennifer was a great host and was always quick to respond if any issues arose. I highly recommend this place!!!

Nice Place to stay in Akron

We were drawn to this listing with nice-sized bedrooms and spacious dining room and den. The stairs up to the space were wide and easy to navigate with bags although there were more than expected.All of the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is nicely laid out and served us well. There were plenty of outlets for device charging. The zoo is a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Second time

This was my second stay at Highland Hill. Everything was excellent again. I love the location! Comfortable beds and accommodations. I highly recommend it.

Retro feel with the conveniences of modern living

Stayed here during a business trip to cover the HOF enshrinement ceremonies, only a 25 minute drive to Canton. Great place to stay. Convenient no contact check in process. Nice bedrooms, comfy beds (too many pillows for me, but I’m a one pillow guy.. haha). Lots of extras, loved the selection of coffee and snacks provided (wish I would have known, I wouldn’t have brought so much of my own stuff). High quality linens! Only negatives I would have is the A/C unit seemed to struggle after a day of use, it started making some loud noises. Also, the fan in one of the rooms is broken… every time I went to adjust the angle it would just slowly angle towards the ceiling. The rooms tend to get a little stuffy if you like to sleep with the door closed, so the fans were a needed addition. Minor inconveniences at most, certainly nothing to detract from a great weekend. Overall, out of 5 stars this place gets a 4.8 from me. Great spot!
