Room was fair with cheaper prices compared to similar category hotels in ajman. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the right place. Rooms were good looking but not fancy.Necessary facilities like fridge, water heater and coffee, tea, milk sachets were available. Bathrooms were very clean with a pair of clean towels available. Over all better place for a normal stay at a cheaper price.
Great hotel with perfect facilities. Clean and spacious rooms with amazing view of the beautiful Ajman, Arabian gulf and Cornich. Thanks to the entire team who made our stay memorable. Very highly recommended for family relaxation holiday.
You get what you pay for. I didn't really like it or suggest it for anyone who wants to have an forgettable experience in their staying. The only thing about it is that the price is decent. Room wasn't clean and smell bad. Hotel near the beach. No breakfast.
Very nice hotel all staff are friendly its like I stay 2 days I feel like its my home.hotel is near to beach.if you get beach view room then it will be the best.fine dining restaurant is there.try their beef steak its awsome
Not sure where to begin. I was looking for a 'budget' hotel/apartment, for a medium length stay, (30 days). This place certainly fits the description as 'budget'. NO frills, nothing special. Kept fairly clean, but let down by lack of attention by all departments within the hotel. Facilities: Gym - dusty room, with one old running machine, which had seen better days, and one or two loose weights. They used a room, not a purpose built facility. Restaurant - Below average quality. Desk Staff - Poorly trained in customer service. Inattentive and sullen. Cleaners - Reasonable. Generally there is potential to have a nice hotel/apartment, but I found the following problems: Towel rails falling off the wall. Lights in rooms failing. Curtains falling off the rails and not able to open/close properly. The room safe was not secured to a fixed structure and batteries needed changing immediately upon checking in. TV in room was old and poor screen. Drains in kitchen and bathrooms, gave off a very bad smell. Sofa material was matted with previous occupants hair and stained badly. Balcony sliding door would not lock. Towels seemed clean, but were old and tatty. The floor from the apartment above was leaking water. Use of cheap electrical 3 pin, to 2 pin converters, which melted and were a huge fire hazard. Condiments in room were poor, (tea/coffee etc). NO PARKING, only adjacent waste ground which was full of RATS, literally. At night they could be seen quite clearly. Only two redeeming features: 1. Cheap. 2. Good views of Ajman seafront, (we stayed on 15th floor).
Had stayed here a night to escape the boring everyday life and the experience was great. The view from the room is breathtaking if you get sea facing rooms on the 15th floor or above. Pls do not order any food using the room service and the staff are very very arrogant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who jus wants to chill out and take a break.
horrible experience!!!!the stuff are the most unfriendly I have ever seen..and they don't care...calls are hanged up when you call the operator...ac is not working....bathroom floors are dirty and needs repair...overall..very disappointed:(
i was in this hotel last month.price wise i got a good deal but sorry to tell that all rooms are handicapped.which means every room i stayed (i was changed in to 3 rooms) had problems in the means of AC,shower etc. one Moroccan lady sitting in the reception was not at all presentable and audible. if you don't have further option chose this hotel
We have stayed at this hotel during one of the exhibitions in Dubai. The hotel rates in the city overall was very expensive so that we had reserved the rooms in Tulip in Ajman Hotel. the experience we had was really disappointing. let me explain. When you first enter the hotel there is no lobby. just an entrance several sq. meters and then the lobby. they just check in without any welcome and no hospitality. Then you go to your room and the dissapointment starts. The floor is complete cold feeling stone made materials without any design to feel you better. the room is very old hashioned plus the materials, sofa, the bed, the lights are very old and some parts are damaged. Some of the electrical connections on the wall are damaged with a risk. The bathroom is very squalid. The handles of the doors are corrosive moreover there is no hot water on certain times (pick times as morning and evening). Also the hotel is around 35km away from the city center. If you have a business or trip in the city center it is very far and also it takes more than one hour to go to the city because of the traffic. So if you don't want to stay at a hotel where you spend around 3 hours on the roads without hot water feel free. Plus you pay too much money due to these unworthed services. Theoretically there is an internet but it does not work so well, do not depend on it. the air conditioners are not so high quality so that it makes noise. Thanks to timing that I don't need to use it. If the time was summer you will have problems with it. In such an exhibition periods please try to make your reservations long time ago. The prices are going so high. Nice trips
Appartment hotel, so huges rooms with kitchen and if lucky with balkony. About a half hour drive from Dubai AirPort, Located on a boulevard and just across the hotel is the sea, but lacks a nice beach.Nice appts if you want to stay with kids, or family. It's a little out-dated though, especially the bathroom. WiFi on the rooms is free and it's quite good. Service in the hotel is good. The breakfast, served in the restaurant, is a buffet of Bread, fruits, cheese, vegetables, yoghurt and eggs, bacon and so on, is very good. The restaurant serves also several dishes of variuos nationalities. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
