Welcome to our charming accommodation located in the heart of the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, close to Cours Mirabeau and Place de l’Hôtel de Ville.

Ideal for a solo stay or a couple’s getaway, this fully equipped property offers comfort, convenience, and an exceptional location: just steps away from Provençal markets, restaurants, cafés, and only a few minutes from Bellegarde parking.

Set on a quiet and typical street, you will be immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the city while being able to explore everything on foot.

My 32 m² accommodation includes:

A living room with a sofa and storage space
A very well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and washing machine
A shower room with toilet
A mezzanine sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm double bed (⚠️ ceiling height of 50 cm – cozy and suitable for guests who are comfortable in small spaces)
No baby travel cot available
Household linen is provided (towels, kitchen towels, and bed sheets)
Wi-Fi included
Upon arrival, you will find the following starter kit available for the beginning of your stay (not replenished during the stay):

Laundry detergent and household cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
This cozy and well-designed accommodation offers all the comfort needed for a short or medium-length stay.

You will have access to the entire property.

A city of art and culture, Aix hosts many festivals, galleries, and museums, and pays tribute to Paul Cézanne, one of its most famous local figures.

It is also a refined shopping destination, with independent boutiques, lively cafés, and an authentic local atmosphere.

All of this is only 30 minutes from Marseille and close to Sainte-Victoire and the typical landscapes of Provence.

I am fully available before and during your stay for any questions or needs.

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any early check-in or late arrival request, the request must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. It will be accepted subject to the property’s availability.
