It was the worst Check in i have ever had. It took 1 hour 15mins to check in and the members of staff were unprofessional. They were treating customers indifferently and overcharged me. The invoice was different amount and charged a different amount.

The first night we had room where the water came off the floor onto vanity area of the bathroom. Just flowed over naturally. Got a different room for the second and third nights which was better. The check in lady was not attentive as I stood in line to check in. Didn't even acknowledge me until I mentioned something to her. The restaurant staff were polite and kind - very attentive to please.

Excellent! Very clean rooms and confirms the Radisson brand to be off highest excellence. Added bonus is that there is a liquor shop downstairs at this hotel and therefore all non resident Indians (NRI) can benefit from purchasing liquor licence between 12 and 7pm. Drinks consumed in room
