An ultra-luxurious, chic, and modern villa (2024) of 120 m² available in a magnificent 1,500 m² garden, beautifully landscaped and completely enclosed, illuminated at night by a hundred solar and LED lamps, with no overlooking neighbors.

The villa features an infinity pool with a thatch-roofed area for dining by the water, complemented by a semi-sunken lounge, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There are also outdoor showers and toilets.

It includes one bedroom with a large 180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet. A beautiful living room decorated by Catherine and Philippe from the Tralala boutique in Houmt-Souk. The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped.

There are two terraces with tables for romantic meals.
