Positioned on a quiet street opposite parks and playgrounds, the home combines relaxed living with easy access to dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
Downstairs, the living area invites slow afternoons on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee, while large windows fill the space with natural light and leafy outlooks across the neighbouring parklands. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials needed for easy meals at home. Share dinners around the six-seater dining table or step outside to the private courtyard, where generous bench seating and an umbrella create a peaceful setting for outdoor meals or evening drinks.
Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a quiet retreat after a day exploring Adelaide. The primary and second bedrooms each feature queen beds dressed in soft vintage wash linens and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom includes a king single bunk bed beneath a skylight. Two bathrooms upstairs include an ensuite with a shower, while the main bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower.
