Very hard beds. But that's a personal thing of course. Also the swimming pool was closed. In the hottest weeks of the year. The hotel is a bit dated but the staff is friendly and it is clean.

I’ve been staying here for 20 years, always the best restaurant and the best pizza. Now, no restaurant, no pizza, no breakfast, no service. The grounds are overgrown and the pool is disgusting to look at. Never again will I be taken by this hotel I used to love!

Worn down hotel. Ok clean, nice service but the beds were terrible. Didn’t sleep at all. Both pool and restaurant were closed even though it was high season. Sad.

Miserable and scary

This room was very unsafe. The room was boiling hot. The air conditioner did not work. The hallways had no light. The main desk person left and locked the front door at 2330. The lobby was completely dark. I caught her as she was locking the door to ask about the air conditioning because the room phone did not work. She said there was no air conditioning and she said to leave the balcony door open. Another guest could easily get into your room from the balconies that are very close together. The balcony door did not lock. The room door looked like it had been pried open where the lock was. The walls of the hotel were extremely thin. So, we hear people talking and laughing all night long. It was terrible. Very miserable and scary stay. The add for Hotel.com said they spoke English but she spoke almost none. The add also said 24 hour desk and air conditioning. Very misleading description.

Terribile! Appena arrivati in camera il tempo di posare le valigie che abbiamo notato che la tavoletta del bagno era rotta, in modo pericoloso perché poteva tagliare,appena fatta notare la cosa ci hanno cambiato stanza,ma la cosa non è migliorata perché la mattina dopo abbiamo trovato le formiche che uscivano dallo scarico della doccia. le lenzuola di entrambi i letti erano semplicemente tirate su e non cambiate come ci si dovrebbe aspettare in un hotel a tre stelle. Sono più che sicuro che non tornerò.

Relativ altes Hotel direkt an der Grenze zwischen Italien und San Marino. Leider war der große Pool, der direkt vor dem Hotel wäre (im Hochsommer) zugedeckt und nicht eingelassen. Die Zimmer sind relativ simple, aber sauber gehalten. Allerdings war das Hotel bei unserer Ankunft komplett verlassen, niemand war da und alle Lichter aus. Lediglich der Schlüssel war zum „selber-nehmen“ auf die Theke gelegt. Um in die City zu kommen muss man 10-15 Min. mit dem Auto fahren.

Scarsa pulizia ho soggiornato 2 notti e non hanno cambiato la federa il giorno dopo s'era sporcata, poi nel bagno ho messo il tappeto per fare la doccia e si è alzata la polvere, essendo in 4 non hanno messo un'altro rotolo, il lettino di mia figlia l'anno coperto alla rinfusa, per 3 stelle non c'è nemmeno la colazione e nemmeno hanno un bar, per fare colazione devi andare fuori, poco sonorizzata si sentivano tutti i rumori delle camere, a noi sopra c'era una famiglia e una bambina sembrava che stavano in camera con noi, si sentiva tutto

Qualità prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo spggiornato una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene: ambiente silenzioso, aria condizionata e parcheggio presenti. La struttura è aperta h24 quindi nessun problema per la sera, inoltre il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Non offre la colazione ma a pochi passi si trovano qualche bar, un supermercato e per la sera una pizzeria (anche questa qualita prezzo ottima, stra consigliata).

Tutto bene, ma i conti non tornano.....

Sono stati pagati Euro 118,38 con Paypal (addebito diretto sul conto corrente aziendale) e ci sono stati fatturati Euro 109,05 + 8 Euro che abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti. Quindi abbiamo pagato in totale Euro 126,38 e abbiamo una fattura con un totale di 117,05. Il problema non sono i 9 Euro di differenza, ma le registrazioni contabili, poichè San Marino è un paese extraCEE....
