Its exclusive and welcoming interiors are spread across two levels. On the ground floor is a large living room with TV, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Then on the first floor is the sleeping area completed by three other double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower. The residence is even equipped with the best amenities, such as air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, Espresso machine and American coffee maker, wine cellar and ice machine, plus private parking.
