Got food poisoning, hotel is not as advertised-it’s old and not well maintained, staff was rude, check out time was not communicated properly, room was missing all towels at arrival, unable to sleep due to loud music outside of room until 6am every night, air conditioner was not working properly and made loud noise, room toilet leaking water on floor, used eyelash stuck on mirror in the room’s bathroom, rude towel pick-up/return staff, food was not good and caused me to have food poisoning and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics, pools were overcrowded and dirty, activities and amenities not well explained, did not feel overall welcome at all…horrible experience all together.

The air conditioning is either too cold or too hot at this time of the year (March). 3. Hand sanitizer would be nice, especially when the water at the tap tends to be iffy.

Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The staff was great, and the food and evening events were enjoyable. However, the drinks were terrible—I’m almost certain they were not serving real alcohol. The pools also closed far too early. All pools shut down at 8 p.m., and the adults-only pool should have stayed open until at least 11 p.m. The rooms are very outdated, with visible rust in the sinks and throughout the bathrooms. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but this property could be much better. It clearly needs significant reinvestment.
