I liked that the price for an all-inclusive included. The variety of food options was very limited. The survive from the waiters was excellent. The rooms have very thin walls and I found this out because my room was on the twelve floor and you can hear all the traffic and honking too clear

Very friendly staff, nice buffet and great nightly shows!

Ritz is beach front and close to a lot of places. You can walk and be at the center of all bars/downtown. Property is a little outdated and there were nicer areas when I was in Acapulco. Everything around it is super loud. Not a quiet place to stay at night. Staff was ok

Hotel was great with very friendly staff. All the food and drinks were included. Food was AMAZING and the staff were great! They have a nighttime show every night about 9:30 which was always excellent. Lots of activities and great pool.

The staff at the Ritz ABSOLUTELY has to be the most pleasant and pleasing group of individuals that I have ever gotten the pleasure to meet!

Bad security, they let one of our family in our room without checking with us first, it could have been a stranger....

The staff were very friendly and helpful, resort itself is really old and dated. Beds stiff and pool is too small.

We stayed 2 nights 3 days had 3 rooms all with ocean view. The food was execellent, good entertainment through the day with activities at night live band with open bar till midnight. Good music to dance to or just sit and enjoy drinks. There was also night shows at the hotels theater one was a folkloric Mexican dances from around the Mexican Reoublic the other was a show a Vegas line style.

I Had a Terrible experience when I first arrived at the hotel. The staff said I had no reservation. I had to pay for a night of my reservation that supposed to be paid. After that was fixed Had a very good experience . All the employees were very good and professional. The table service was GREAT ! The waiters exceptional. The food was pretty basic, but always hot and tasty. Hardly any Seafood . No Mariscos at all . I did find a Great Restaurant close by for my Seafood cravings. Lot of construction going on , I was pleased with the Hotel . Basic but good for what you pay for . older hotel but clean and had a awesome view. Central down town area . close to many many things. The rooms not new and the TV was also old ,but I wasn't there to watch TV. The beds not the best but like i said great for the bucks. I took a trip of the city which was awesome. all in all good trip . I would stay here again ,but make sure my plans were all good to go before I leave. . I was told there are better places from Citizens there, but I am satisfied. Somebody in the office part dropped a Big Ball!! only bad thing !!

Nice place to stay. Good location. The beach is very steep and drops off fast so be prepare to swim and get loaded with sand in your swimsuit if you venture away from the crowed pool. It is very hot outside this time of year but the A/C in the rooms gives good relief.

....Nice clean and real ,friendly staff shopping mall literally across the street and real nice and relaxing

Good Room. Food was ok. Drinks were small cups Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants.

The hotel was excellent, but they should play music @ the restaurant is to quiet!

The week we were in Acapulco, the majority of the people that were staying at this hotel were from Mexico City - so we really felt like we visiting a "foreign" country (unlike Cancun, when we felt like we were in Miami). The entire staff was terrific - especially the activities team. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome - way more than just translating every activity so that we could participate. The only negative parts of the hotel experience were the hard beds (as many people have mentioned previously), the annoying "beach vendors", and that the rooms did't come equipped with irons and ironing boards, hair dryers or blankets. We were able to get what we needed, but this is the first time I had every had to "sign out" a hairdryer at a hotel. The positives far outweighted the negatives, and we would definitely stay in this hotel on any return trips to Acapulco. But, I wish I would have known that the nicer restaurant only operates from November to mid-March. I didn't realize we would be eating buffet style for every meal. Good wholesome family food at the buffet, and nice desserts. Glad to see my kids eats lots of fruits and vegetables Great place for a relaxing family vacation. Very few people in the 18-30 year old range. If I was still young and single I might look somewhere else to vacation. Even though this was an all-inclusive, no one here was over imbibing or prancing around in only wet t-shirts during their Spring Break (yeah!).
