Very good location, two excellent pools. A little on the old side but well maintained and very clean.

The breakfast buffet was extremely good and satisfying, and everyone was very attentive. From the security guards, to the waiters to the guy who processed our check out in record time. The hotel is nice, and while it looks a little bit dated, the services and location are very good. Even the internet was fairly fast! My only objection has nothing to do with the hotel, but with other guests: in the beach zone a large group was speaking loudly and with profanity, and boasting Banda music through a speaker. Later in the evening the same group was at the pool, where thankfully they were asked buy an extremely courteous security guard to turn off their music to avoid disturbing other customers. They objected when another employee reminded them that in order to use the pool they should wear swimsuits and not denim shorts and cotton t-shirts. I was surprised how well the staff handled this very rude extended family. The hotel felt like a very safe place in a town that has some reputation regarding street crime.

The rooms and over all the hotel needs updating, the staff is very friendly and I love the location because the beach is just a few feet away from the hotel.

This a long time hotel, well maintained with two great pools.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a great location right on the beach. The room was very clean. Our only complaint was that the WiFi didn't work well consistently.

Stayed here over the weekend after New Year's, which was very crowded and generally not recommended, but after the first day the hotel emptied out and became very pleasant. Staff are nice, and the facilities are very good for a three star hotel in Mexico. Rooms are big, the ones with a full ocean view are fantastic (we got that) and the gym is huge. Beach is steps away from the pool. Better upkeep than some other three star hotels in this neighborhood, although the bathroom is beginning to show its age. Overall very good.

Was just what I needed for a couple of nights relaxing by the coast. Great rooms and amazing view.

El hotel es grande, pero muy antiguo, las puertas de los baños (en dos cuartos diferentes) no cerraban y las instalaciones son viejas. Las albercas buenas y grandes pero con agua muy caliente, no invita a estar en ellas.

the rooms need updating, the location is perfect.

The rooms and over all the hotel needs updating, the staff is very friendly and I love the location because the beach is just a few feet away from the hotel.
