Broken wine glass

Needs good overall clean. floors looked ok but my socks were dirty. No instructions for use of cooktop, no little "welcome package" like other properties we have stayed at, arrived late afternoon and had a hard time with the keys for the property, and after a long journey had to leave and get the basic just to have a cup of tea, no coffee maker. Very disappointed, last stay in Abingdon 2 years ago at a property on the Marina, Excellent.
