Cum staines, yellow staines on the sheets, cigarette holes on the comforter , pistachios shells everywhere on the floor, lip stick on the pillow case, spiders and roaches in the bathroom. The worst experience at a hotel.DON'T DO IT!!!
I checked in went to the room, potty had not been cleaned, had urine on the lid, very old furniture, bed so low to floor look like it did not have a box spring on it, looked like a junk yard outside, went back to front desk and told them the room was unacceptable would not refund money, owners are CROOKS... Do Not waste your time or money.
OK, so I cheaped out on this one, I took the coupon rate $37. My room was 3 doors down from 2 rooms that had been gutted by fire, the bed was uncomfortable, the TV line up was awful, the WI FI was non existant in the rooms, and only barely connectable in the lobby, the "full" breakfast was nothing, the lobby was locked up at 8:00m am with a sign saying ring the night bell. I personally won't be back, but if want a cheap room....here you go
UNSANITARY! Do NOT stay here under any circumstances! In May 2015, she gave us her "Best room" and it was the most disgusting hotel room that we've ever seen. Numerous large stains on the sofa, wires hanging from ceiling, unbearable smell, etc... I would feel more comfortable sleeping at a brothel. Weather was bad, it was late & we were tired but still had to leave. I asked for a refund & she said "I don't know how to do a refund." I said fine & left anyway. She also said a pet fee was $10 & actually charged $15 to my card. I discovered it when I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Visa gave me a full refund. Go anyplace but here! A park bench would be better.
I originally booked a week stay at this Inn for a week from bookit.com. However I could not stay for the full week because I was called back by my employer for another job. The hotel never refunded me the remaining of my stay to my credit card. I have been trying to contact Bookit.com and the hotel and I have been bounced back and forth. The hotel manager lied stated that I spent 5 nights while the front desk person gave me a receipt stating two days. The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, and no good customer service. The management tried to keep the payment for the full week while I only spent two days. This is big time theft.
Unclean, there were holes in the wall wires ripped out of the wall the shower did not work and the smell of the place was terrible, when I called front desk to complain the manager yelled at me and slams the phone in my ear when I went to the front desk there were people taking apart electronics dogs and children running wild and this was at 2am in the morning, I felt like I was in a horror movie, will never put my family in that situation again I was glad we made it out without injury!! Unbelievable experience.
It was cold, icy and bad conditions on the road. Needed a place to crash for the night. Found this in a hotelcoupons magazine and it was great. Had a microwave to heat the coffee and a pot for a fresh cup this morning. Breakfast was available but we wanted to get back on the road again!!! Night desk guy was very polite and everything was all good. As for those BAD REVIEWS.... If u want the RITZ go stay there and u'll pay for it too but for a few good hours in a warm bed this was great.
It was getting dark, I was so exhausted, and there was a conference in town--the only reasons I stayed. There are the little things like the faint sewer smell in the room, TV doesn't turn on with the remote, no security chain on the door, no cups for the coffee pot (I bring my own), pot holes in the parking lot, thin walls (I could hear my neighbor cough), noisy AC unit, and noise from the interstate. There was crud on the floor, dirt on the moldings, and hair stuck to the bathroom door. Now for the REAL problems. The toilet rocked and didn't flush properly, but I did like the grab bar along the wall next to it. A man kept knocking at my door but wouldn't tell me why he was there. He kept saying "open." I called the office and he went away. The lady at the desk said he was either the plumber or drug dealer (couldn't quite understand her English). Best of all, in the morning the shower didn't work. No water to the tub. When I checked out, the woman at the desk offered to show me the "Trick" to it. There was no trick--it didn't work. The towels were nice, new, and thick. I paid way too much and they do NOT give discounts for AARP, military, etc. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
Terrible. Do NOT waste your money on booking this venue. Sketchy area. Smelly, dirty rooms. Unbelievably nasty. We did not stay. When the room was viewed, I returned my key and got out of there as quickly as possible. We didn't feel safe in this hotel either.
My boyfriend and I have been on a 10-day road-trip and this is hands down the worst motel we have stayed at during this trip, or any trip for that matter. The sink is ripped out of the fixture, the carpeted floor is soaking wet, there is dirt and dust everywhere, all the towels have stains, the bed throw is so beyond filthy, 3 lights in our room do not work, and there is the most terrible odor in what is supposed to be, but is clearly not (despite the no-smoking sign on the door) a non-smoking room. If we had not driven 12 hours today, and booked a non-refundable reservation with booking.com I would be out of here in a second. We are honestly debating leaving regardless of the $60.00 we will lose. DO NOT STAY HERE. We will certainly never stay here or at any America's best value Inns again.
