J'ai reçu un mail comme quoi ma rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©e au weekend suivant seulement quelques heures avant mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai du retrouvĂ© une autre chambre d’hĂŽtel en urgence un vendredi soir d'un weekend oĂč quasiment tout Ă©tait complet en ville Ă  cause de la CAN, ce qui m'a coutĂ© 400 euros au lieu des 117 de cette rĂ©servation. Hotel.com ne m'a jusqu'Ă  prĂ©sent Ă©tĂ© d'aucune aide car pour eux c'est moi qui ai changĂ© la rĂ©servation alors qu'il n'en est rien. Je suis sĂ»r que c'est du fait de cet "Hotel". Ce n'est pas la premiĂšre fois que ça m'arrive en CĂŽte d'Ivoire, il faut croire que les hĂŽtels sont capable de changer les rĂ©servations en faisant apparaitre pour hĂŽtel.com que c'est le client qui l'a changĂ©. Je ne suis mĂȘme pas sĂ»r que cet hĂŽtel existe vraiment quand on voit que leur numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone commence par +212 et non +225 comme n'importe quel numĂ©ro en Cote d'Ivoire. +212 c'est au Maroc....
