A bit quirky

It’s a great concept but if you’re expecting a normal hotel you will be surprised. It’s a self checkin using a code sent via email. When I arrived I didn’t know this. There is no TV. There are no humans to be seen. I actually thought that I was the only person in the building. It’s a nice room and I might stay there again but let me warn you…the pillows are there for decoration. No human can possibly get a good night’s sleep on the GIANT pillows! I asked for a different pillow and no answer for 24 hours and then no help.

Check-in was really easy and the location was easy to find. Our room had a view of some shops so we kept the blinds closed, but it was really nice having an apartment to stay in with a mini kitchen and laundry area. And the location was perfect to see everything in the city and having quick access to buses if we needed to go anywhere further.

The staff was SO, So helpful in getting us an extra room on very short notice. The room was great and the location was terrific. I was worried about not having a reception desk but they were very responsive to my email and calls and there is a manager on site. Thank you for a great stay!
