The rooms are quite spacious, offering plenty of comfort. However, it's important to have your own car, as there are few transportation options available in the area. This might be inconvenient for those relying on public transit. As for the dining experience, both breakfast and dinner were fairly decent, providing a satisfactory variety of dishes, though nothing particularly stood out. Arrived late due to traffic so missed the restaurant and spa. The lovely receptionist ordered us a takeaway pizza, had no cash so she offered to pay the cash and we sent it to her on paypal. Breakfast was yummy!

First room 243, was not a 4 star hotel room. In bad condition, it seems a room from the ‘60s. Changed room, 121 was good and in order with 1 out of 2 blinders working.

Weekend family stay

Great hotel for families. Rooms are big and children have their own space. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and professional. Great location, 2 great parks within walking distance.
