The food and drink were gross and we continually heard “that’s an upcharge” When you advertise all inclusive it should be all inclusive. We ended up going out to eat off property. Rooms were decent.

Had a great 7 days. Kids loved it here. Not a lot of food variety, but food was very good and we ate well. Beautiful infinity edge pools overlooking the beach! The beach was amazing too, but the surf action was so strong, swimming was not possible. Still, we had fun watching and listening to the crash of the waves pretty much every day. We could hear (and see) the surf from our room/balcony. Many rooms have an great ocean view with view of the two large pools. There was a good mix of activities both day and evening. And service overall was great, Victor was amazing: great with the kids and took great care of us around the pool. He really made our trip something special. Shout-out to Rodrigo as well! It's a place that makes our list, we'll be back as soon as we can.

I rate this hotel 0 stars! Terrible, terrible hotel! I’ve been to a number of all inclusive hotels and this definitely has been the worst experience so far. Let’s start from the beginning. We arrived at 2pm and they didn’t have our rooms ready which is okay because check in was at 3pm. Once it hit 3pm, we didn’t get our room until 3:30pm because it wasn’t ready which is unacceptable especially after a long flight and with a hungry and tired toddler. Food in general was terrible. It is bland and doesn’t taste fresh. I thought it was just me but while in the pool, I overheard others venting about the same. The staff is a hit or miss, some were very rude while others were nice. It’s frustrating to get mean waiters with attitudes when you’re on vacation mode trying to enjoy yourself. Rooms and facility are definitely not as pictures portray. They have potential but some stuff needs repair and updating. None of the machines work in the gym. The snack bar closed at 6pm so we arrived at 5:50pm and were told they were closed. We then went to the buffet which you’d think would be open but was closed. It opens until 6:30pm. This is frustrating especially when traveling with a toddler. WiFi doesn’t work anywhere. Lastly, our final night we saw 3 cockroaches. We will be arriving to our home and disinfecting everything. All in all, I regret booking and staying here. Honestly would have paid a few hundreds more to stay elsewhere and have a much better experience.

The hotel is worn out. The worst thing is the overwhelming mold smell in the room. On arrival the thermostat, TV and hair dryer did not work. After 2 calls (hours later), maintenance came and replaced the TV remote and worked on the thermostat. After awhile he left and never came back - thermostat still inoperative. The main restaurant is only buffet and has a very limited selection to chose from. The food was poor and very few staples of basic Mexican food - there was no guacamole or queso and the salsa was red flavored water. The only beer we could order was Tecate, which was fine. The margaritas were good. The coffee shop, restaurant, and room had no decaffeinated coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. With all the other options in Los Cabos, I would recommend going elsewhere.

This was my first time in Cabo and it definitely won’t be my last ! We came to Cabo to celebrate my 23rd birthday and it was magical. Our Concierge Roberto Reyna was amazing !!!!! He went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were able to leave the resort to try some local food and he gave us some really good recommendations. Flora farms was definitely my favorite good food and drinks and 15mins away from the resort.overall I would recommend this resort. staff is amazing the food was a 8/10 and everyone is pleasant and respectful. Give Roberto a raise ! He truly cares about the guest and making them comfortable and happy.

I think this is a good all-inclusive hotel, but we dealt with issues like the door not working, the shower clogged, missing hair dryer, etc. The staff is amazing, the food is good except for the desserts. The restaurants don't have air conditioner and can be suffocating depending on the time of the year.

We had a little get away with my husband and arrived early at 11 am to our check in. The Hospitality was great. We did not get our room until 3 pm. When they gave us our room we found aunts in the bathroom and our toilet was clogged. I had to call customer service to come in or give me another room. They spent 2 hrs. fixing it and that took almost an entire day of my vacation time. They are also very pushy on giving you a vacation package. If you are going a vacation I recommend you not attending any meetings with them because that takes another day lost of your vacation.

**If you have realistic expectations, this is a great place to stay at a great price** Compared to other resorts, Krystal Grand is a good starting point for travelers wanting an all-inclusive stay on a budget. The pools and views are nice, the rooms are a little dated but not bad, and the property itself is clean. Will definitely be back in the near future!

1st the food was only good at the Ayami restaurant, the grille was second ok the rest were horrible, normally food makes the resort this place not so good won’t be going back either!!!! And the restaurants open on alternate days bad idea! Especially when hotel has so many people! And the coffee shop, why have a menu of pastries n sandwiches etc but can’t order any of menu items all they say it’s what ever is on display!!! Horrible coffee was good though

It is not a nice hotel.

Overall we had a wonderful time with all the activities and dining options and the staff was great with one exception. Upon arrival we found our room reservation building had been switched. When questioning the change, we did not appreciate the rude attitude and curt responses from the front desk;”take it or leave it” was the response. The same happened with the two couples we were traveling with.

It was beautiful

The front desk service was horrible and very rude, the waitress and bartender made them look good on their service, room service was disappointing left room not properly cleaned over all it was a dissatisfied service

Front desk staff terrible. No warning about not accepting amex yet all the concierge did accept amex for activities
