Our room was amazing, the plunge pool suite allowed us to enjoy being outside at any time while being private. All of the servers were polite and provided timely service, always making sure our drinks were full. Multiple times during our stay staff checked in asking how our experience was. The food was amazing, so many options! Our favorite was the Bistro restaurant where we had Mateo as our server! We came back a second night because of the amazing food and service he provided us with! Mateo set up a special decorated table for us the second night! Everyone on the resort including other vacationers were polite and kind! We want to go back!

This is my second time at the Majestic Elegance resort, with my first time being two years ago. I feel like the facilities itself is a bit more worn down now with some areas of visible water damage, even though I can see that they have tried to upkeep it. I remember the activities and service being better before as well. Overall, still a lovely resort, just not as good as it was two years ago.

Great overall resort. A few unpleasant situations. First night there, while in the hot tub on the balcony a random woman opened the door and peaked in our room at 9pm at night! When she noticed we were in there she shut the door. We didn’t order any room service or house cleaning nothing! Very strange. The Last night there, the cabinet on the outside of our room to get access to unwanted food and trash was left open to where anyone can jump thru and have access to our room. Coincidence?? Whew. Just very strange.
