Resort was amazing!!!! We were very pleased with our rooms and all the amenities this place has to offer, food was super delicious!!!. We also had a last minute party planning in the resort and we were well taken care of with everything we wanted to make that day memorable. I was so impressed that I purchased on site another vacation to use in 18 months to any of their resorts. We will definitely keep on booking vacations at this property and other properties from their chain.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the moon palace nizuc. It was spotless, the staff were wonderful. You are allowed to go between Nizuc and the other property Sunrise. That made the trip, as the kids loved the play area and the warmer pools. Sadly as beautiful as the pools are at Nizuc, they are extremely cold. Our kids love to swim and they couldn’t handle the temperature of the pools at Nizuc. The pools at Sunrise were nice and warm. The food at both the resorts was awesome. There’s so much to do. The only horrible experience we had on the trip was dealing with the sales men selling their membership. The man at the end of the presentation in the suit was so brutal and pushy, he upset us a lot. We weren’t the only ones, we spoke to many couples on our trip that had similar bad experiences. It was absolutely unacceptable behavior in our opinion and it needs to stop. We were on vacation and the manner in which we were talked to was awful. We shook it off after a few hours and enjoyed the rest of our trip. We did receive two day passes for their other resort the Grand in exchange for the presentation we listened to with the awful sales men. The Grand was great, but very large. 2 days was enough, but we were happy to see it and plan to take our kids there again when they are a bit older and can enjoy the amazing water park there. All and all the resort, the food and the wonderful staff made our trip a success. There’s so much great stuff for kids and families to do.
