We traveled as a family of four with two kids 5 and 9. The hotel is very nice. It has all the amenities you need for kids to have fun. There’s is a kids club where you can leave your children, zip line (open for an hour in the morning and in the afternoon). Our 5 year old loved the trampoline park and the kids pool with slides in which water was warm enough since it’s shallow. Our 9 year enjoyed the zip line, the mini golf, the big figure chess and the pool as well. 

We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant and the Rodeo steak house ( no problem with reservations) where food was amazing. The Rodeo steak house has a mechanical Bull that our older son loved. We have to mention also the buffet where the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was also fabulous with a great variety! The food place by the pool bar has some good food too ( fish tacos, burgers etc.)
The drinks at the bars were very good!

 The hotel overall is very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned daily. Plenty of chairs by the pool. We enjoyed the cabanas at the beach - get up early to reserve one. There were shows every evening at 9 at the FORO theatre. 

 All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We suggest you tip generously as everybody there is working very hard! Special thanks to Tony - bellboy, Victor - server at the buffet and Angel - serving drinks by the pool! 

Highly recommend this resort for families with kids!
